I’m new to the club, and Guespie, from the Shrewsbury store made it a great experience. Not only was he knowledgeable, he made everything so understandable. Good guy, great job. I’m looking forward to passing my experience on to my friends, and family.

We stopped in today to get fit for a new pair of sneakers and had the pleasure of working with Marky Mark. It was a Sunday and the store was incredibly busy. Although we had to wait, Mark and the other staff members regularly checked in with us to let us know they were working to be with us soon. Other customers that entered the store were very quick to be short with the staff about having to wait, and all staff members did a wonderful job of handling these unkind people with patience. Marky Mark helped us to find the right fit, even when it required a few trips to the back room for additional shoes. Our entire family will be sure to go back for future sneaker purchases after the incredible service we received today.

Well Road Runner has come through again with excellent service, expertise and products that are so comfortable they almost do the walking/running for you. Scott continues to runs a great show and those who attended us so far, Marky, Jashon and Nate, each insured a perfect fit. Thanks!Previous review:The next time you need some perfect athletic shoes, my husband Ted and I strongly recommend you run (instead of walk ) on down to Road Runner on Broad St in Shrewsbury NJ. Manager Scott Whaley runs a highly professional operation with his experts like Nate insuring that you get exactly what you need and literally walk out much better than you walked in. My family and I went to road runners on a Saturday during rush hour. We were greeted by Jenna and helped by Jenna. Let’s just say she’s awesome !!! My husband has a clubbed foot and my son is a long distance runner. Both were in need for new insoles and sneakers. Jenna literally saved the day, from providing great service to providing some jokes to pass the time along. She was very helpful. Thank you so much Jenna !!

Lupita is the BEST and definitely an expert in the field of sneakers! I am SO specific about the shoes I wear, and have been hesitant to walk into Road Runner because I didn’t want to get sold on the ‘latest and greatest’ sneaker if it wasn’t for me. Lupita really took the time to listen to my concerns about style, brands, support, color, lifespan, etc. She brought out tons of shoes for me to try on, and was super patient as I bounced between pairs. Lupita made the experience WAY more enjoyable than I anticipated. I highly recommend getting your next running sneakers at Road Runner (and ask for Lupita)!

I was looking for comfortable pickleball shoes and called Road Runners to check if they had a pair found online. I spoke with Marky Mark who told me he had them and would hold them for me for a few days. I picked them up yesterday and was thrilled with the fit and how comfortable they were. I'm starting pickleball lessons and am confident the K-Swiss will be a hit. ? Thank you Marky Mark. See you soon for another pair of sneakers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I debated writing this, but please know what you are walking into. This was the WORST retail experience I have ever encountered. I'll save the long drawn-out experience for someone who can take action and turn this store around. All you need to know is when asked for another color on a non-busy afternoon the saleswoman turned to me and said "Just look it up on your phone, I'm paid hourly it doesn't matter to me."The staff is rude and does not care about its customers. If you are a runner, save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

I came in to buy a new pair of running shoes, but even though I knew the shoe & size I needed I wasn’t allowed to purchase them unless I had an appointment? I didn’t even need to try on the shoes. I left and just ordered them from Amazon and saved $20
