STILL NO ATTEMPT TO ASSIST OR RESOLVE. WHAT A SHAME. THIS COMPANY WENT DOWN HILL. THEY RESPONDED BY TELLING ME THAT WE WASHED THE COMFORTER INCORRECTLY AND OFFERED SMALL DISCOUNT TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE FROM THEM. THE COMFORTER HAS NEVER BEEN WASHED EVEN ONCE YET!!!! Stay away from Pottery Barn For Kids! They are not what they used to be and sell poor quality merchandise now. Very poor customer service also. Purchased a very expensive duvet cover. Ordered it June 30th, 2024. It arrived over one week later. Late July the cover was used for the very first time. Cover was never washed. The duvet cover started pilling badly for no reason at all. It is now September 5. I decided to call customer service and spoke to a Michael. Michael from Customer Service claims that we are way out of the 30 day return policy, which we barely are, and has refused to transfer to a manager to see if they can assist me. Michael told me to buy a pilling remover and hung up the phone on me! Disgusting way to treat a customer. I bought this because I felt it was top quality. I paid much more that a Target sells! How dare customer service treat a customer that way? I have bought not one, but two full furniture sets from them and tons of other over priced items from their stores and online. Stay away from Pottery Barn For Kids! They are not what they used to be.

One lady in particular was very pushy to make a sale and rushed the decision-making on my daughter's bed set for her first big girl bed. I left with a beautiful bed set, but an ick on their customer service. I'm not shopping with them again.

Reading these reviews scare me.. I am going today Sunday 4/2 and hope the company has made an impact to change things for the better.. but i will review today after visit and let you know! Stay tuned

Don't buy from here unless you want the items (crib and chair) to become backordered for almost a year. Worst part is they're not proactive about informing you of delays. You have to keep calling to find out it's not shipping.

Don't buy from here unless you want the items (crib and chair) to become backordered for almost a year. Worst part is they're not proactive about informing you of delays. You have to keep calling to find out it's not shipping.

Please do not buy anything from this company. It is truly dealing with the devil. I bought a crib in anticipation for my newborn son. My wife liked the look of their cribs so I paid their incredibly outrageous prices. We ended up having a stillbirth, and suffered one of the greatest tragedies a parent could face. Unfortunately I still owed money on the crib, and missed a payment because of the trauma I went through. Pottery Barn Kids did not care that I lost my child. They did not offer me any kind of grace period. Instead they decided to charge me another $600!!!! Every single customer service representative at the company could not help, nor could the care less. The lack of compassion that this company has for children and parents is truly astonishing, especially since they are in the business of making those same people happy. Please boycott this business. We do not need evil companies to thrive in this world.

I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping somewhere in my life ! I am 37 weeks pregnant and went in with my mother because she wanted to get her first grandchilds nursery set up really nicely as a present. We went in prepared to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars. We asked for help and recommendations two different times both women looked at us and pretty much gave an empty response and continued to ignore us completely while staring at us from a distance! We then saw a moon lamp we loved and asked how much it was and if they had any in stock and the women completely dismissed us as if she thought " well you can't afford it" when trust me we went there to spend money. Left with nothing because of how uncomfortable they made me feel!
