I have both checking and loan accounts. However I need my entire checking account number because they only list the last 4 numbers on the statement. That's great for security but since it is my account they refused to even give it to me. Very uncooperative customer service. I will not continue with this bank. They are closing just too many branches.

This is the worst bank ever. Do not go here. I had them change my address back in January 2021 and the retards didn't do it. They wasted my time for NOTHING. Now I don't have a debit card because they sent it to the wrong address because they have incompetent staff.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but I was very sad to see the Collingswood branch close. The other day I went in the Maple Shade branch, but the systems were down. I was short on time so I figured I could just go to the Marlton branch. To my surprise that branch was closed. So I was thrilled to try yet again yesterday..Kendall was so helpful, patient, and kind. He went above and beyond to assist.

Closing the Glendora branch is a disservice to our area. Sad to say I will be changing banks to a local PNC bank. What happened to keep it local.

Ocean First Bank recently advised they were upgrading their online banking. I was always able to transfer money from one account to a HELOC against the principal; however, after the "upgrade" I contacted customer service and was told this feature no longer worked! My only options to ensure the transfer would go against the principal was to go directly to the bank which is inconvenient since my local branch closed or logon from the main screen and then send an email to someone to be certain the money would go against the principal--very time consuming and convoluted. At that time I spoke online with one rep and a manager who could not tell me when the issue would be corrected nor did she seem to care. Today I decided to go to the Maple Shade branch. Kendall Wright provided me with excellent customer service. He not only listened was apologetic, and told me he would escalate the issue to find out when this would be resolved and get back to me. THANK YOU KENDALL!!
