The staff here are great! We took our 8 month old daughter in to get her ears pierced and they were so patient with her. The kind woman was singing to my daughter and speaking so softly to her to help keep her happy and calm. I was so nervous but the staff truly made this an amazing experience! Would 10/10 recommend if you are looking to get your babies ears pierced!

fat old lady who works there is rude. has very poor customer service skills. its your job to clean the glass, not to tell people not to touch the displays. how do these people even get employed, who are you related too?

Stopped in for my first time today. Was helped by Diane and have only positive things to say. Very helpful, fair pricing, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I will be returning for all my jewelry needs in the future. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quality jeweler.

Two of the bracelets my mom purchased for me and my daughter did not fit/workout for us, and an exchange was necessary. Lee (the owner) was extremely helpful and accommodating and made the process a positive one. Ended up getting something else that I just love. Highly recommend Neves!

unhappy with Neves Shrewsbury. My mother purchased 4 of the same bracelets as our Christmas gifts. Two of the bracelets needed to be returned because they did not fit the recipients. I took them in for the return. Women behind counter asked me if I wanted to look for something else and I said, no, please credit my mom's credit card. She was ready to do it, but then said she needed the card. I didn't have it on me, so I told her I will run over to her house now and get it. They told me they close in an hour, and this was the last day to do the return, so I agreed to hurry. I raced to Mom's, got the card and took it back. I don't know what happened while I was gone, but when I got back with the card, I was informed that I can't get a refund, only an exchange because it was a "special order". After racing home and returning to hear "Different" Information...I was frustrated and wanted to speak to the owner. I had to wait until he called me the next day, so I left and waited for his call. Next day by 3pm still no call, so I called him. Spoke to the owner and now I got even more "Different Information". He told me since it was a special order, not only could my mom's card not be credited for the return, we also can NOT exchange the bracelets for something else !! I was shock and highly disappointed. I live right in the area, my mom shops there often, and we will never shop there again. That is just plain BAD BUSINESS. I am definitely spreading the word. Many great jewelers in Red Bank, I suggest avoiding Neves.
