Doing business with Rinat, at Mike's We Buy Gold & Silver is as good as it gets! The customer service is next level. It is rare that you find a business now days, who values the customer like Mike's does. They always go above and beyond to answer questions, are extremely fair, and never make me feel rushed. When it comes to silver and gold, I won't deal with any place but Mike's.

definitely won't be back! be aware of this place. They will tell you you have 10k gold when you Really have 14k gold or even higher. They also can't tell what real gold is or real silver is. then they will rip you off with there low ball price for gold. They will break off your jewelry. In the pictures the lady broke off the back to my pin and kept the piece to it. In the pictures you can see. It is 14k gold also. Be aware!!!!!!

I recently Visited this Cash for Gold spot recently and was really impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. They took the time to educate me about my old jewelry, including some watches, explaining why some pieces aren't worth holding onto. Appreciated the insights and honesty. Would recommend!

There was 2 woman behind the daaaatrrrrrrrrwrwrwrrwglass. Both had smug looks. Was not honoring top dollar what so ever. Very unhelpful whewatches.If she knew anything about anything about where to bring watces.

Fantastic experience! I was nervous to go to a cash-for-gold store. I picked 3 local places near me. My conclusion ended up being that Mike’s offers top dollar for gold & silver - broken or whole. What sets them apart from others, besides the payout, is their customer service! Absolutely exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to help & educate rather than just hand me money. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get great value and service in the neighborhood!

First off I wish I could add stars because Rinat is 10 out of 10 stars. I just started buying silver and gold and I came in contact with Rinat about a year ago and now is my only person I buy from. She is by far the best in the business and is extremely knowledgeable. Her kindness is one of a kind and just makes you feel comfortable with every purchase. I’ve bought from dealers like Apmex, SD mint etc and they don’t come close to Rinats prices and customer service. I will be with Rinat as long as I’m on this earth because there’s no one better.

Had a ziploc full of jewelry that I brought in for evaluation. Rinat was very friendly and professional; she tested and weighed my items very quickly and efficiently. To my absolute surprise she told the worth of my bag of jewelry. I was so happy to get a generous amount for items that I had in my dresser drawer. But my favorite moment was when she shared with me that the items that were not “worth” anything would be great “dress up” gifts for my grand daughter!Top notch service with a heart, that’s the kind of company we all want to support.

I recently visited this cash for gold shop, and I was impressed! The atmosphere was welcoming & the lady was friendly. What stood out the most was their high prices compare to other local places for my gold. I got a great deal for my items. Highly recommend!

My father owned a jewelry store & I had a lot of misc stuff left over after he past away . Some was broken & some was wearable.After shopping around locally- I visited Mikes We Buy Gold & was blown away by the experience. I found that they offered the highest prices for my items - had an x ray gadget to quickly test my items. Rinat (mikes wife ) was incredibly friendly.
