She called back immediately after placing the order (having website issues) and followed up with consecutive calls. She was friendly and super knowledgeable. Fast forward, she was right, the Harmony pillow is awesome!”

“Ian was our salesman and he was excellent. He went above and beyond to be sure my husband( who is physically handicapped and uses a scooter) was safe and could move effortlessly through the various pieces of furniture to get to the area we were interested in seeing. He never pressured us but gave us information so we, and, especially my husband, could make a comfortable decision about what to purchase. He was a blessing !
For the store manager: for those using a scooter, with the currant doors opening right in front of the stairs, it is not safe. It would be safer to have sliding doors because the open doors require the scooter to move perilously close to the stairs to be able to enter the store through those open doors.”

“I never go anywhere else for my electronics. Recently, I ordered a Bose sound bar for my husband. It was ordered, delivered and installed seamlessly. I've ordered large screen wall mounted tvs here and never had any issue. The service is so friendly. We always ask for Matt Schreibman !! He's the best !!! The store is organized and well kept and easy to find !!! The prices are competitive and they always will offer an amazing value ! We will continue to shop here. No complaints here at all !!”
“With an urgent need for a mattress, I pulled into Source Mattress wondering where the Mattress Firm sign was. I took a chance and was greeted by the owner, Phil, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. About 20 minutes after arriving I left with a new Mattress and box spring for less than I assumed I'd spend. Can't beat it! I love when things are easy and salespeople aren't sales-y. “Five stars for this independently owned Dinette sales and upholstery repair store. The Owner and Staff are two thumbs up with their personal, kind, educated and excellent service. My husband and I went there to have an older bar stool repaired. Not an easy fix, but the owner tried a few tricks and it was as good as new! They have a variety of kitchen, dining room and other, furniture that is well made and priced right. The owner has a great personality and you will feel like you are dealing with a friend. Highly recommend this place .”
“Great selection, great prices, but what stood out the most was their excellent customer service. The salesman, Sam, was as professional as you can be. On delivery day, which was the day after purchase, i got called into work so I called the store to possibly get the day changed. They told me they’ll make sure I have it before I had to leave, which they did with plenty of time to spare. I definitely recommend.”

“I purchased an Innocor pillow about two years ago and I LOVE it!! Problem is, I can't seem to find another one (or more!) It's firm and cooling, perfect! I tried a Serta out of desperation but returned it. Is there someone out there that knows where I can get another Innocor??”

“Stopped in to look for a couch with very specific length restrictions. It's been very difficult to find something to fit in the limited space I am working with. Linda greeted me as soon as we got to the store and showed me a few options that would work, and she helped me find a nice couch for a great price! I really appreciated that Linda was not overly pushy and didn't give obnoxious salesman vibes. I was also very surprised to learn that she was a new employee at the store, as she was extremely knowledgeable!”

Exceptional customer service like no other.
I have 3 herniated disks in my neck and have had a terrible time trying to find a bed.
Donna is very easy to talk to and truly listens to all of your concerns and does her best to find the right fit for you.
Excellent experience and will def refer to all of my friends and family.
Ohh and btw...there's another woman by the name of ASHLEY who works there thats awesome too.
