Had an overall great experience with Donna! I had been in about a month ago still figuring out what type of mattress would be best for my new home. She walked me through my options and was extremely knowledgeable. Ready for the purchase, I returned this past week to give my number choice another try and Donna was there to pick up right where we left off. She recalled my last visit and was super helpful and patient throughout the buying process. Helped make the entire experience an easy one! Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Donna. She is a wealth of knowledge and easily broke down the differences between each mattress/frame. She was patient, kind and incredibly easy to talk to. Upgrading to such a fancy bed has been in the works for awhile and Donna made the decision easier for us. We were also able to pick out a mattress and frame for our daughter as well! Thank you, Donna. We will be back!

Marlane was amazing. She was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. She recognized how overwhelmed with decisions after my first visit and helped summarize what I liked in a mattress. After a few days of thinking over my choices- I went back and confirmed my final choice with Marlane. She was incredibly helpful in setting up a delivery date for the next day. The entire process from start to finish was simple and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting the Shrewsbury store and working with Marlane. She also showed me the adjustable base and answered my concerns if it would work with my bed and that my cats couldn’t get hurt. As you will see the second I made my new bed- my cats were immediately testing it out!

My sleep expert Kamille was nothing short of amazing! I purchased the tempur-pedic luxe-adapt floor model that I have been eyeing for awhile now and it is just perfect. She made sure I got pillows correct for my sleeping position and they have done wonders for me. My mattress protector is great for my dog and gives me wonderful peace of mind that my mattress will stay fresh for years to come. Now although Kamille did everything right in setting up my delivery, the warehouse did mess up a few times for me and it was very frustrating and cost me time and money out of my own pocket. Other than that I have been loving my bed and sleeping wonderfully thanks to Kamille :)

Great experience buying two mattresses for our new place. Kamille went above and beyond to make sure we got the right mattresses and she shipped them long distance just in time for our closing. Love the texting feature… made communicating so easy during a hectic time.

Marlane was so helpful on my first visit and then again when I returned with my husband weeks later. I went in one day after noticing Mattress Firm was next door to the post office i was mailing something from. Marlane spent almost two hours discussing with me the features of the brands and helping me figure out what i may be looking for. We literally hadnt bought a mattress in almost twenty years . She was very knowledgeable about the products and my husband and I ended up choosing the hybrid Purple mattress plus the adjustable remote base. It was just delivered two days ago, the delivery guys were excellent and so far we are enjoying.
