Lisa, along with everyone that worked in the store were very knowledgeable, friendly and insightful. They spent a significant amount of time reviewing different configurations (and they’re quite a few) until we found the one that we believe will best meet our needs. They informed us that once the furniture comes, for whatever reason it doesn’t fit as expected, we can return it.

Staff was 5 star! The store was spotless, even my 7 year old son asked how they kept the store so clean!! We bought a pretty big sactional with all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this location to everyone. Staff was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with and talk to. This is our second sactional for our vacation home and we are so excited to get it! Thank you for making the couch buying process a pleasure!

Don't bother with this shity company as the website sucks and customer service sucks too. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to get this furniture when you can't figure out the website

My experience at LoveSac at this location was exceptional. Lisa the sales representative who assisted us was patient very knowledgeable of the product and the different configurations. Lisa went above and beyond helping to fit our needs and budget. We are really excited to receive our sactional and because of this good experience, we will continue to add on it from this location. You are to be commended on having such an excellent sales rep and crew at the Shrewsbury location. Lisa is 5 ?

For a very expensive couch they should set this thing up. Don’t let them fool you it is very heavy and heavy arduous to set up. One person won’t be able to do this by them selves.
