We had a great experience using Lawes for a new air-conditioning installation. They were easy to work with, quick to schedule, and offered very fair pricing for great equipment. The installers were very nice and respectful and did a great job! We look forward to using Lawes again in the future.

We got 3 AC units installed in our old home, James provided some of the best project management and communication we've ever had, it was genuine and honest, and a true commitment to having us have the best situation for our home and looking out for our best interest. The install was on time with tight communication throughout addressing all of our needs and concerns. Couldn't recommend Lawes enough!

We hired Lawes to install a brand new 2 zone HVAC system, switching from oil to natural gas and adding an attic furnace. James and the entire Lawes team were outstanding partners on this job. The team was thoughtful, responsive, showed an incredible attention to detail, and above all else, was a wonderful group of people to have working at our home. We were working on a tight timeline and James made certain to line up his crew to meet our deadlines, filing permits and bringing in electricians/chimney companies to complete all aspects of the job on a timely basis.
I would strongly recommend working with Lawes Shrewsbury for any HVAC needs, especially a large project with many moving pieces like our new HVAC system.

I've been a Lawes customer for about 40 years and I haven't got a single complaint. Their maintenance checks keep my oil burner in good shape. They removed my in-ground tank without a problem and they took care of all the paperwork. A few months ago they installed a mini-split air conditioning system and we couldn't be happier. If you are considering signing up with Lawes, I say yes, go for it.

We used Lawes to install a tankless water heater and had a great experience from start to finish! James was very knowledgeable about the product and explained the whole installation process to us the first time he came out to the house. He answered our phone calls and e-mails in a timely fashion and got started on the permits and paperwork right away. On installation day Steve, Doug and Jack were professional, efficient and very kind. We have 3 young kids and they were cautious about closing the front/basement doors while completing their work. After having spent A LOT of money on expenseive repairs and service in the past, Lawes are now stating that you must buy a year's worth of oil before they will even consider servicing your unit. This was a company I had previously recommended to many friends, and am SHOCKED that they refuse to come service because I won't overpay for oil delivery. I thought AJ Perri was bad, but Lawes is gaining on them.Services: HVAC system repair

Simply the best company I have ever worked with, one of the reason it pays to support local businesses.. Customer service is amazing, so accommodating and polite. They do an outstanding job, explaining what needs to be done and doing the job right.I have used them for over 30 years and wouldn't consider anyone else.

Lawes helped me to convert from oil to natural gas, and helped me through every part of the process. They were very responsive, and really knew what they were talking about when it came to the different types of installations and options. I called them today to take a look at our furnace that broke last night. I was promptly told they would not look at it because it had been serviced in the past by another company, Globe Petroleum, whom no longer has a service department beyond deliveries. I told him I have two young children and just wanted someone to look at it after stating Globe no longer does services. He said I feel sorry for your kids but no we can't help. They refuse to take a look at anything serviced by any other company even if it is an emergency. Call Dwyer Services instead, great people, who although feel similarly ( not wanting to be held liable for past services) are willing to help and come up with a quote, so my family can be warm in the freezing temperatures tonight.

Lawes helped us with our oil/gas conversion this fall in our new home and we really enjoyed working with them. Everyone we have encountered on their team was super helpful from start to finish, especially James, who answered all our questions and kept us up to date along the way. The install day was easy peasy! We are really enjoying all our new high efficiency equipment and would recommend them to others in the area.

Recently had Lawes Environmental remove the old oil tank. Amazing job! Such a great team of people. From Teresa scheduling and getting permit to the removal crew, I highly recommend this company.
