I just purchased a singer sewing machine and picked it up from the Shrewsbury store. When I arrived home and opened the box I found that there was a piece missing and broken off at the top of the machine. Called the store to make sure they still had others of the same model so that I could replace the brand new machine and they refused to let me exchange it, said that I had to go thru singer. They do not stand behind there products! Very poor customer support! I will never purchase anything from this store again and I recommend that if anyone does buy from this company to thoroughly unbox and inspect your purchase before paying for it!

horrible online order policy. made a mistake i noticed a minute after placing my order and they can’t cancel it. item hasn’t been even taken off the shelf yet. its 2023 they should have the basic capability to cancel an order before it’s processed. now i’m out $10 shipping and will have to go return the product. will not be buying from them again

Don’t know how to calculate how much fabric you will need. Limited fabrics and don’t get refills.

I had a very good experience at this store. Well stocked and helpful staff. Very specific instructions on how much fabric to buy (which turned out to be exactly right), what kind of scissors and staple gun details. Very friendly staff. No issues at all at this store and given the reviews I almost didn't go but I'm very glad I did.

They carry just about everything for sewing, art projects/hobbies. A bit pricey, but convenient to find all I needed in one place and in a complex I go to often.

Worst customer service ever !!!!Called I was out on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and cvs led again put me on hold again for 8 minutes after finally getting someone to answer I just simply asked if they had a fabric gave them the color and their response was I needed a specific number ???? What ????? I called Wlamart and three other fabric stores before them and they were all amazingly helpful and unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed. How can you tell me a store like this one couldn't even put the effort to help but said I would need to come in ??? Or have a number to give them ???? Asked for the Mananger and all I hear a woman who was the Mananger Saying tell the person they need to dial …. And leave a message for a manager ?? What ?? Who is the district Manaager of this location??? Worst pooor horrible customer service !!!!!

Looking for 1 specific item and fortunately found it here. They appear to have a good variety of material and other craft items but I honestly haven't shopped here since I was a GS leader 20 years ago! Store was pleasantly cool as outside Temps were 90+ and there was plenty of open parking close by.
