I remember years when this location had pleasant staff without bad attitudes! Not so anymore. I realize retail stores are a dying breed, but as long as you still work in one, maybe you should know how to treat all customers equally. Not just your “regulars.”

Woman claimed she was one of the managers at baby Gap … not sure how true it was and if so she should be disgusted with her customer service … she had long dark hair think it had some gray to it … glasses … whatever — I showed her an item I had on myPhone and asked her if it was in stock — she was already annoyed with me fromThe start - found the items and realized they were on sale on the website with code “GREAT” but not in the store. I asked her if she would price match to which she rudely replied no we don’t do that. So I figured screw this store I’ll just order the items online. Go to place the order as I’m walking out and the items are SOLD OUT online and are for order pick up only on sale in the stores. She couldn’t tell me that? Like she deliberately didn’t want me to have the items or spend the money in the store … so I place the order online/pick up to store before 2pm it says you can pick them up same day. Mind you - NO ONE IS IN THE STORE. So I place my order go up to her and say hey you told me I couldn’t get these items on sale but I just placed the order can I have my clothes. “Sorry there’s only 2 of us working so you’ll have to come back.” So my 8 month pregnant self had to drive a half hour back to shrewsbury pay the toll all because this one “manager” clearly never took a customer service class … rude rude rude.

It's fine. I can rarely find what I want in stock. The staff is helpful and service is fast tho.

Gap has a 30 day return policy, after that, you keep the item, no store credit, nothing. No flexibility. Too difficult for my schedule with the store being 30 minutes away. Not to mention it's absurdly short anyway.

Had to buy a new belt after mine snapped while I was at work, Carol was so nice and helpful. I had to return one a little bit after I bought it because it didn't fit, and it was no problem at all. Highly recommend.

I will never by anything for anyone at The Gap. Terrible costumer service and your return policy is garbage. I am know stuck with a bunch of boring terrible looking clothes.

Great store.. a big thank you as they opened for us just after closing so we could shop quickly for our grandchildren. We were the only ones there and it was fantastic. Plus they made a few hundred in 30 minutes. We need more customer services like this! We will definitely returning again!!

The store is usually pretty empty. Gap makes nice Cotton t-shirt that hold up. It's really not my style but for simple t-shirts I'll go in and grab one. They do own Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta. This strip mall offer's all but Old Navy.

I usually do not write reviews, but this needs to be addressed. On May 1st, 2021, I went shopping at the gap, the store was incredibly busy, and there were an abundant number of customers in the store. I was able to narrow down the items I needed to purchase and was heading to check out. Due to the high volume of customers, I thought the wait in line would be incredibly long until I saw an employee whose name is Jenna reassured my differently. I have never seen a beautiful young lady as herself check everyone out and assist in any issues that had occurred. She was very well driven in her work and got me out of the store fast and left me very happy as I was in a rush to begin with. If it were not for Jenna this would have been easily a low rating, but I cannot thank her enough for being as amazing as she is, without a doubt an employee who deserves a raise!! I hope anytime I visit again she is who helps me as I know my visit will always be one, I will remember.

Store does not accept online purchase returns and makes you go to a factory outlet. The most RIDICULOUS thing i have ever heard in a retail company. Wasted my time.

Had to track a floor worker to help me search for jeans that they did not even have in store anymore. They were all busy in the back corner of store getting ready to put out new styles and take away old(which I get) but there should be at least one person available on the floor. Next not to mention the rude worker whom rudely whispered to the cashier "you're not giving her cash back are you? No? Okay good girl gooood girl!" All because I asked a simple question if it be possible to do the return in cash that was given to me as a gift because I obviously don't have the person's debit card who bought the items for me. Only requested a return because they did not have the jean style / size that was bought initially. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed from the moment I entered the store untill the time left. they offered me store credit instead of a return which I did not want because I don't want to enter that store ever again.
