Renovation of the store definitely made an impact on the overall atmosphere. New layout makes browsing much less awkward. Feels more like boutique shopping, which I appreciate. Kerrilyn was super sweet and helpful. She definitely has the gift of connecting with the customer and knowing what works for them. Overall great experience.

I love this store location. More better selections than the other ones in jersey. I also love this location because the associates there are super helpful not only in the outfits but everything. My go to free people store over the city ones

I am definitely not Free People's demo, but they make great sweat shirts and I decided to get one today. Lindsey and Leslie were a great pair and they helped me find many options. If you want amazing customer service, ask for one of them to help you.

The free people store in Shrewsbury is the best! It's my favorite location to go to; everyone there is super sweet and helpful! I had a complicated return to do, and Anna was able to take care of it all! She was lovely and helped me a lot in getting that problem resolved.

Always super helpful! The staff is great and the store has a great selection! Kaitlyn and Michaela are awesome! I truly enjoy going shopping here they are all very attentive and keep the store organized!

Have been shopping here for years and have never had a bad experience. I make returns a lot, and employees are always very prompt and hardly ever make a bad comment about returning merchandise. I'm greeted when I walk in the store, but never feel pushed to buy anything. Employees go out of their way to compliment an outfit I'm trying on or recommend clothes, they offer to start a fitting room so I have freedom to look, and even when I walk in with a return they offer to hold my return at the counter if I want to shop. I remarked that online a pair of pants I wanted was out of stock, and the associate offered to look it up to see if she could find it for me. Overall, a very friendly and charming staff, nice clothes presentation in the store, and oftentimes the merchandise fits like a glove.
