It was bad when it was at the Marshall's Plaza, and it got worse after they moved across Fort Monmouth. The waiting on the phone, even from a doctor's office, is frequently over 20 minutes, who has the time to wait that long? Not infrequently your prescription is nonexistent, and they claim the doctor's office didn't leave a voicemail, when in fact the doctor called the pharmacy leaving a detailed message while standing right next to me. I'm seriously considering switching to another pharmacy. Do better.

They do not seem to keep most meds in stock. So they always take and extra day or two. They don't answer their phone calls.

on two seperate occasions i called to check on the status of a script refill and i was on hold both tines for over 20mins.; that's lousy cutomer service. the only convenience is the drive-thru but beyond that i'd recommend going elsewhere.

Came to this CVS today expecting my prescription to be ready after it was already promised to be ready yesterday and it wasn't. The guy said they would expedite it and it would be ready in '5-10 minutes'. Whatever, no big deal, right? I waited for an HOUR for my prescription and was extremely late to an appointment because of it. I ended up leaving without it because I couldn't wait anymore- 2 minutes after I leave I get a text saying my prescription is ready. Are you kidding?? It's almost like they did it on purpose. Would not doubt it was ready the whole time and they were just simply being rude by making me wait. I'm changing pharmacies, this has happened one too many times. Rude, rude people who don't care about their customers. 0 stars.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Do not care about clients but r customer service. As of today they have lost me as a client. They were shutting the gate around me and two other clients. I was told by the pharmacist that he had someplace to be.

Convenient for your pain relief and medical needs. Sometimes though it can be understaffed and you may be waiting a bit for help to check out.
