Chris Healy is an outstanding customer service representative. He went over and beyond to help me answer questions and fix issues that other Hyundai dealerships and Hyundai's Service 800 could not answer. I will always use Chris at Circle Hyundai for all my service matters as well as refer him to many people. Thank you Chris.

Hello new buyers!
I recently purchased my first car ever here on Saturday 8/10/24. I bought my dream first safety car 2024 hyundai venue limited denim edition and my salesman, Craig was nothing but friendly yet professional. I'm not going to lie I was nervous because it's my first big purchase. Despite having my sister with (my attorney) I was scared. Craig is NOT your typical salesman who is down your neck to sell a car. He allowed us to browse the grounds after he came out and introduced himself to my sister and I. Mind you he gave us both the respect to ask our names and shook our hands then asked who was the car for. We said it's for me and we were just looking for now. He simply said if we need any assistance to come get him and he'll be more than happy to help. I was relieved that he let us breathe ? After browsing the property we went inside and asked for Craig again and he let us test drive the hyundai venue. I loved it immediately so long story short I ended walking out with it lol. The whole sales took about 2hours max(smooth sailing imo). Even the finance man was so pleasant to my sister and I and again addressed us with bybour names and never disregard my sister despite me being the buyer so I appreciate that. It shows class and etiquette.especially during business, it just gives me the incentive to come back for my next future car and spread the word around to other to check this particular establishment out. I'm still waiting for the link of the survey so I can rate another 5stars. I hope the higher up view this and know this is an honest and genuine review. I was met with terrible attitudes from Vinny and Tammy at circle Hyundai. The lot is full and I cannot return my Hyundai lease vehicle at this dealership. 100% will never return to this dealership. When faced with a problem, the management took a belligerent stance instead of trying to solve a problem. A simple courtesy call to another Hyundai dealership would have done the trick, but instead it feels like they threw me out of the showroom. Mona at the front desk was actually very friendly regarding this situation. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: You have 4.5/5 reviews, And with your customer service denying to go above and beyond, you will never have a 5/5. STOP responding like your right in response to every one star review you receive, and START learning how to give great service. A call to a nearby dealership, although not your responsibility, would have landed the resolve, and potentially additional future sales.

My experience at Circle Hyundai was exceptional, my salesman Andrew Feldman made it that.
He was knowledgeable, personable and was an all around made me comfortable with my purchase
He took his time to show me many options , and truly cared that “I” was happy with my choice .
I’ve purchased Hyundai at other dealers and can honestly say , never had a more comfortable time
I love my Tuscan and will recommend Andrew to all my family and friends

I have used Circle Hyundai exclusively for service since moving to NJ 5 years ago. Yesterday's work entailed changing the drivers side window control unit. Labor $180, part $248. PLUS $200 'diagnostic' fee. $628 total for this job. I don't mind paying for diagostic time IF I decline the work.
They also wanted $50 for 'shop supplies' that they could not specifically defend.
Suffice, Circle Hyundai showed no recognition for my customer loyalty/$$$$ service spend. It also impacts my view of Hyundai, choice of next vehicle purchase. No wonder car manufacturers ideally want to own the service experience. I won't be going back to Circle Hyundai.

This was the fastest car buying experience I have ever experienced. We worked with Billy Sherm and he was wonderful. Having used a variety of other dealerships in the past, these guys were the most honest and upfront. I didn't feel like we were being raked over the coals, the numbers were laid out and they were very transparent about what was going on. Walked out of there with a new car and will definitely be back when the time comes. Thank you Circle Hyundai!

I have had 2 bad experiences with the service department. The first time I bought my car in the tech did not tighten the oil filter and I lost all oil in my car all over our drive way and the car broke down while I was on my way home from work and had to have car towed to dealer. The next issue was car went back in for routine service and I was asked if I want to change cabin air filter because it was filthy and I agreed. When I picked up my car as soon as I got into the car it was making a loud noise that was not making when I bought it in. I would have taken it right back into service but they were gone when I got there. We tried the next day to get a hold of them to let them know what was going on but kept getting the run around . We check ourselves and the filter they said they changed was never changed and I was charged $150. So again we were inconvenienced and had to bring car back in! We were even looking at interest in the new Sante Fe and even went for a test drive, but after these experiences with the service department we may be done with Hyundai.

I dropped off my car for repair, the repair itself went fine. It’s what happened afterwards that made me never want to come back here again. After I went to get my key they said valet will pull my car around my wife and I waited for about 10 minutes. Finally I walked to the side of the building to see what was taking so long and I saw two drivers in my car driving around recklessly in the back of the building. Finally when they drove to the front they speeded up past me I put my hand down to tell them to I'm here this is my car. They pulled over I walked up and I was not happy, she said ohh we had a hard time, we couldn't drive stick we got the car up here, do you want the AC on. I said if you can't drive stick then why are you driving my car it would have been better off if you let me go back and get my car. She just gave me a weird look and laughed. she asked is there anything else I can do at this point her nonchalant rude attitude and the fact that she was driving my car around not knowing how to drive stick shift, I told her just to get out of my car. She just giggled and walked away disrespectfully. I was so angry I decided to talk to the manager. As I'm trying to explain to him what's going on she walks behind him and sits at the desk behind him and as I'm talking to him, he keeps saying “what I don't understand”, like two to three times and then she proudly behind him was like I'm the one that was driving I'm the one he's mad at. he just looks at her and looks at me and says I don't understand what you're talking about. I finally stated to him your staff is driving my personal property, and you're treating it with disrespect. From now on I will no longer bring my car back here for repairs. He didn't care.
This is the second time I've been to this place and treated badly I tried to buy a car before and I totally was disrespected by the sales Rep. So if you wanna be treated excellent i suggest you drive down to toms river Lester Glenn Hyundai I bought my car there originally i wish i lived closer because that's where i'm going to go from now on for all my repairs. It's a shame that you get treated horribly here at circle Hyundai
