Had my 1st oil change and tire rotaion on my Elantra hybrid. The facility is clean, they have 30 bays! I stayed in their sitting area. Which had leather seating, drinks and coffee for us plus free wifi. They informed me when I was done via text and phone.
I was very impressed at the process and level of professionalism.
The women at the counter was very nice also.
So glad this is where I will take my car for all her service and maintenance!

Worst service dept. install part incorrectly and laugh abt it. Break another part on the car and want to tape it together. Never again will I use their service or buy anything from Circle Auto Group.Boohoo…. You had my car 4 different times for 6 days and were incapable of repairing it. You do not honor your appointment times. You laugh at the fact that you are careless with other’s property. Yeah I was rude but you brought that on yourself with your poor service. You don’t even realize that by not keeping appointments you are not only inconveniencing me but also my friends and family that I had to rely on for rides. My patience ran out when you kept my car for 2 days and never touched it the first day and when you transferred my call from reception to service back to reception without answering the call. No worries though, I notified the warranty company that you did not repair my car under the warranty and I notified Chevy and Hyundai about how you are treating their brands.And just an FYI… I took the car to a REAL mechanic and they had it fixed in an hour by PROPERLY connecting the wires u had crossed.

NOT recommended!The service is careless!My car is under warranty.Scheduled an appointment to check the nav system a month in advance.Came at 8:45AM as plannedStarted calling them at 1PM because the car was not even opened by that time.The car was opened only at 2:30 according to my bluelink.They said that they need to make a 4hr software update and since the place only is closing at 4:40 they want to keep it overnight for that, no loaner can be provided.So I took it back to schedule an appointment with another dealer.Giving extra stars because they provided Uber in and out, had to fight for that as well.Update:Since the response was given by the owner, I think I need to update my review as well, because the response was full of misinformation.Loaner was not promised, but they never said that it will take them 6 hours before they can take a look at my car.They never said that the repair will cost money when they looked at the vehicle, it was mentioned when I brought the car, I replied that I didn't expect it, but if it is what they need to do- than OK.I never said that I will book an appointment with another dealer, I asked if I can rebook it with them so they can spend not more than 1 day on it. The service rep said that he can't guarantee that, so I left without rebooking it.Overall I have a bad experience with the dealership, seems like they want to collect money not only from Hyundai, but also from the owner of a car on a warranty. Again, would not recommend their service. If they are lying here- I wouldn't leave my car unattended at this place.
