Very friendly /calm employee's at this branch. I went inside to do a transactions and both outside and inside was very busy. And the employees where calm friendly and ontop of things not stressing . Taking ng care of every customer professionally and friendly.

Today I came across a big issue at the MVC in Eatontown , and needed a bank statement - went to PNC and they couldn’t print my Credit card statement as they don’t have access to credit card statements only Debit ! So I headed to chase only to realize that my debit card address is still linked to my parents address rather than my own , CHRISTINE B. ( last Name cut for privacy ) was AMAZING , she truly went above and beyond , I explained the problem and before I even could ask she was willing to help and make it all work - I emailed her my PNC statement and she printed it at CHASE ! I was Amazed by the customer service honestly ! I always loved banking with chase and I’m so loyal to them , because in 10 years I have yet to have a single bad experience wether in branch or via phone . Thank you thank you and more thank you for putting PEOPLE first ! The world needs more businesses like CHASE & people like CHRISTINE !

Crooks. You would think youd be able to trust what the bank teller hands you.. moral of the story count your money before you walk out! Did a foreign currency exchange for $1,500 U.S to Thai Baht and they shorted me ten 500 baht bills = $154 USD.. went back and the banker paper clipped all the money into "10 bundles of 10" to equal 100 bills to show me it was correct.. so he said.. then I boarded my flight.. got to my hotel in Thailand split the money with my girlfriend and still short 10 bills. Stay far away from this specific Chase branch

I’m handicapped. Unable to get to bank easily. My husband is also handicapped. We got coupon in the mail to get $200 to open a saving checking account for 6 months. Sounds good right? So I tried to do it online. After about 3 hours of setting up online account and providing all my personal information. The only way to proceed is to have a debit card or an existing chase account. I have neither. I called Alex at shrewsbury location today 9/17/18. He basically said too bad I cannot help you. You have to be here face to face. Chase may be the largest bank but they are the unfriendliest bank. I do bank transactions all the time over the phone with TD Bank and Synchrony. Including opening accounts and buying CDs. If there were a 1 star rating I would do it.

the manager Narmina has no clue what she is doing couldnt help me at all just gave me the 1-800 number... this bank is horrible service you ask questions and they all have no answers??? unbelievable saying a check is fraud from the state? like how is that even possible?? wouldnt even give it a star at alllll
