“I had gone to another NAPA store for 20 lug nuts, but for some reason 5 of the 20 lug nuts were different even though they all had the same exact NAPA part number.
Upon arriving at the Shrewsbury NAPA store the owner of the store saw what the difference was as 15 of the lug nuts were made in India while the 5 that were different were made in China.
He reached out to his main supplier and immediately ordered 5 more lug nuts that were made in India so I would have a matching set of 20.
Other NAPA stores made me feel like I was crazy but the owner of this Shrewsbury store was so patient and kind.
I highly recommend this store as they would definitely take the time to make sure you have the exact part you need.

“Had my 1st oil change and tire rotaion on my Elantra hybrid. The facility is clean, they have 30 bays! I stayed in their sitting area. Which had leather seating, drinks and coffee for us plus free wifi. They informed me when I was done via text and phone.

“I recently purchased a car with a service contract that was supposed to include a loaner vehicle. However, after the sale, I found out there's an age requirement of 25 or older, which wasn't made clear at the time of purchase. Fortunately, were able to work together to make things right and ensure the situation was handled fairly.
In the future, I'd like to see confirmation of loaner eligibility at the time of sale, especially since a license was provided.”
