John at Aerus is the best to work with. Not only does he sell great vacuums, but he offers the best customer service. I have been a long time user of Electrolux/Aerus vacuums. They are the only vacuum that I will use. The attachments make the canister vacuum the perfect model to keep my home, (and car), clean. John knows what it takes to run a business with integrity and honesty. Those traits are seldom seen in most businesses today. Went to another repair shop and he tried to cheat me so I took my vacuum to John and he fixed it on the spot. On our way back to have another repair on another vacuum. Couldn't ask for better.

I highly recommend using John at Aerus Shrewsbury for central Vac. He has been great to work with. After he installed the system he came and showed us how to work it. It has only been a few months and I vacuumed up plastic bag during Christmas time and I brought it to John and he fixed it in 2 mins for no charge ( same day) ! Then I lost the cord to my carpet vacuum and he came and dropped it off in my mailbox over the weekend. He is such a nice person and once he installs your equipment he is available for question at all times. QUALITY WORK!!!! I am so happy we used him.

Recently we did a home renovation & put a whole new system in throughout, as well as, one in the garage!!! That is a must ! The Car wash can never get your carpets in your car clean - Worthwhile to get!

John runs a great operation. He's knowledgeable, talented, fairly priced and fast. I needed a new cord for my Electrolux vacuum, plus some bags and filters. John repaired my vacuum and gave it an excellent tune up. The turnaround time was 24 hours. On my way out the door he told me, "Your vacuum is good for the next 100,000 miles!" Perfect. Highly recommended.

John is absolutely great!! My sister lives close to his store and I live 300 miles away....I tried using a dealer close to me, which is an hour away, and that was a disaster!!! The worst customer service ever!!! So I drove with my machine 300 + miles and John took care of everything quickly and professionally.....will continue to bring all my repairs and maintenance to him!!! Thanks John!!
