“Very nice mall. Not crowded and plenty of chairs everywhere. Very clean. Mostly high end brands. They also have Bloomingdale's, Macy's etc. No food court just restaurants.”

“Tory Burch is Very upscale and elegant women's designer apparel, hand bags, shoes and accessories. Prices mostly very good and affordable compared to other luxury brands. . I would say Tory Burch have the nice and cool design bags and shoes.staff is accommodating, but could be more courteous.”

“Great customer service at the Anthropologie store in SH Mall.I recently came in to look for an item that was not in the store and was told that they'd place the order for me to arrive by mail, but because I ordered it through the store, there would be no shipping charge.They have many nice things in the store. The style isn't exactly what I'm used to wearing, but every once in a while there will be an item that I'll purchase that will look phenomenal & I'll get a lot of compliments for.However, their home goods are really great - nice variety, good quaity & nice colours.”

“I am a companion caregiver to a wonderful client who has dementia. My client wanted to go shopping to Talbots on Monday ,so off we went! I was concerned as my client suffers with anxiety as well. Lisa,the store manager and Roseann the sales associate were compassionate and professional. They put my client at ease,so much so that she actually enjoyed the experience and was able to articulate(she usually has difficulty with speech) her sense of accomplishment and gratitude. These women provided a bright spot in my clients usually dark day,and also helped her with getting beautiful new clothes. It was win/win! Thankyou!”

“I was looking to add pieces to my wardrobe and decided to enter J.crew and liked what a saw just didn't seem to know how to put items together, as I browsed the store and saw the employees the way they dressed and their ideas I became more inspired and asked for some help. I spoke with Ann Marie and she gave me Many ideas and suggested I make an appointment to come in and she would pull together a capsule of pieces that all went together with each other. I did and we spent several hours putting items that I liked together and suggestions. I would highly recommend Ann Marie for personal shopping. The store has a manager by the name of Mark who is very hands on...when the store is full and cashiers need assistance behind the counter he doesn't hesitate to jump in and start ring up his customers or assist where needed. Always nice to see when a manager partakes where needed not just standing around doing nothing while the staff is struggling.”

“I like this Macy's. I've always been greeted kindly. Everyone is respectful and helpful in all of departments that I go to the most, which are - the Service counter to Pick-up Online orders, Men's, Women's, Juniors, Beauty/Fragrance. The store is clean, it's not messy like some of the other Macy's. The departments have a lot of selections and the floors are organized well.”

“Typical Ann Taylor with many items having a " discontinued" status but nevertheless are brand new. Pricing can be somewhat better than the normal retail store. Clean, organized with dressing room attendants. Well worth a look for the woman who likes the Ann Taylor style.”

“I am a devout follower and buyer of this brand and have been to different locations in different states. First time giving a review because I was truly impressed and taken aback by the customer service here earlier today - specifically by Sarah (not sure spelling but she’s a petite brunette). I phoned ahead to ask about the store and she took the time to answer my questions honestly and even asked what my name was so she could remember me when I came in. I showed up at the store an hour later and asked for Sarah- who immediately came to my assistance and started picking outfits for me straight away. She knew exactly what sizes I needed, was patience and respectful of my clothing preferences, and was just overall really sweet. Aritzia needs to give this girl a bonus because not only is she a subject matter expert on all things Aritzia, but she represented the brand extremely well and literally made me want to buy everything. I went to other stores in the mall after and was extremely disappointed by their customer service in comparison.”
