“Always a great experience shopping here, kind and helpful staff. Had an issue with my wallets material peeling at the bottom. I only had it for about 2 years. They looked me up in the system and packaged it and sent it out for repairs same day. They told me the repairs dept would let me know if it was covered or not. I got a text 2 days later saying it would be covered free of charge.”
“This is my go to location for Canada Goose. The showroom may be smaller than other locations, but the service is much better. The store is very clean, and the staff are patient and genuinely attentive. They always bring out exactly what my wife and I are looking for along with additional similar options. “Large store with good variety of clothes for both men and women. The sizes available are mostly XS/S to L/XL. The quality of their products is excellent and are very long lasting. They will last you a few years of constant use with any wear and tear, no fading etc.
They had adequate number of changing rooms for trials. The doors of the changing room have a thick steel handle which is protruding out, be careful not to hit it and get hurt.”

“I spent a long time at this GAP store today being helped by the most amazing and patient employee Najla. She helped me purchase the wonderful clothes for my latest grand daughter which I had tried to order online (but the GAP's online platform is quite lousy) and helped me pick out more clothes I wanted to purchase. The real kudos comes from her patience however when we tried but failed to charge my older GAP card that had been closed for lack of use (still got the sale emails thus the online statement above) and then tried but failed to input the temporary card number after I opened a new account. I was able to get all the deals however using a different credit card. This entire event took 2 hours! Najla was amazing. If you go on weekends you'll see her (she has a regular day job elsewhere).
And GAP credit card services is horrible and they still don't know what the issue is but a card does give you great deals.”

I happen to work in the same strip mall as DoubleTake & saw they had a 25% off sale so I decided to stop in, and I'm thrilled I did :) When I first walked in I was pleasantly surprised by how much they offered. The items have different ranges in pricing so even if you're not looking to spend a fortune you can find something special! I stumbled upon these booties by Anine Bing I actually saw on their website before coming in, and I needed to have them - literally OBSESSED! When one of the staff members saw me eyeing them she kindly asked if I wanted her to put them aside for me - everyone at DoubleTake was sweet & helpful! They weren't pushy either I felt comfortable in the store as I looked through everything. Just to address some negative reviews - the prices are transparent & are the same online as in store, and the employees are not racist as I was shopping with a diverse group of people when I was there - we were all treated the same & with respect. I look forward to going back here soon for another great experience!”

Of course, I said yes, and explained to her the colors and styles I was looking for. She was so patient, friendly and helpful! “I am a devout follower and buyer of this brand and have been to different locations in different states. First time giving a review because I was truly impressed and taken aback by the customer service here earlier today - specifically by Sarah (not sure spelling but she’s a petite brunette). I phoned ahead to ask about the store and she took the time to answer my questions honestly and even asked what my name was so she could remember me when I came in. I showed up at the store an hour later and asked for Sarah- who immediately came to my assistance and started picking outfits for me straight away. She knew exactly what sizes I needed, was patience and respectful of my clothing preferences, and was just overall really sweet. Aritzia needs to give this girl a bonus because not only is she a subject matter expert on all things Aritzia, but she represented the brand extremely well and literally made me want to buy everything. I went to other stores in the mall after and was extremely disappointed by their customer service in comparison.”
