1200 Morris Tpke # A233, Short Hills“Awesome experience today. The clasp on my speedmaster moonphase lost a screw and I dropped in to have them take a look at it. They greeted me very politely and took the watch to see if they had a replacement screw. 5 minutes later I was all set. Very happy with customer service and commitment to stand behind their product.”

Still Deciding Which Company to Choose Rings from For me and My Fiance. But with the Customer Service From Carrie this reaches the top of the List of Experiences. If you are Looking for Fine Mens and Ladies Jewelry Stop in and Say Hello to Carrie while you are there and Buy Something on your Way out!”
“The Pandora at the Short Hill Mall was exceptional. “DJ” Sales Lead was extremely helpful. She was informative, attentive and knowledgeable about the jewelry. My wife and I selected two pieces to get engraved and DJ helped us with the whole process and even told us how she had learned to tweak the engraving process to throw in an extra line.My wife also grabbed an extra ring and DJ continued to make the experience personal and professional.Overall she made the experience personal and memorable. 10/10 I would definitely come back. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, they were not pushy at all like most other jewelry stores. If you are in the area definitely stop in and ask for DJ.”
“I wanted to take some time to shout out this Short Hills Van Cleef location. I have shopped here since 2020 and keep coming back. Everyone here is professional, courteous and eager to help. I believe management has a lot to do with the boutique experience and Nick definitely sets the bar high for his employees, which is why the customer service is unmatched. I have visited many VCA boutiques and I keep comparing them to this location because it’s exceptional.
This location is smaller but it’s cozy, quaint and usually stocked really well ! You can get lucky with some hard to find pieces so it’s definitely worth a visit.
**Great job Short Hills VCA team and Nick keep up the good work (merci ?.)**”
“Purchased a beautiful bracelet for my wife online. We went yesterday to pick it up. I didn't realize the store closed at 7 pm just as we arrived at literally 7:04 . A dark haired young gentleman was just closing the door when I said we were just here to pick up a purchased gift. He said sorry we were closed and locked the door. There was a second light haired young man working as well but behind the counter who was just shaking his head with a smirk on his face saying "NO we are closed." I asked for the manager as he was holding the door closed. The gentleman at the door called out to the manager who then appeared. I stressed to her we rushed over from 20 minutes away and thought they were open till 8 pm like the mall and apologized. I told her it was a gift and was paid for already. She moved the door open and invited my wife and I inside. She asked for my name and ID and retrieved the bracelet. I was so grateful for her kindness and wonderful customer service. She even engaged us in a conversation while the gift was being boxed. I would like to thank Laura P. the manager in Short Hills for her consideration and pleasant attitude. You are a true asset to the company. My wife and I are both business owners for over 35 years! That is how you handle customer service. Thank you and Best Regards. Anthony & Dana”
“Visited Cartier Short-hills for the first time today and thanks to Dan Oelke I am glad I did. What a gentleman he is who gives you a real luxury shopping experience. My husband and I visited the boutique to purchase a love bracelet and a love ring, the whole experience was seamless and super fun thanks to Dan. He made us feel at home and talked us through every detail of each piece he had me try on. We ended up purchasing exactly what we went in for and left happy all thanks to the kindest, sweetest and the most professional sales professional Dan Oelke who him self is luxury through and through.”
“This is a double review because I do not see a separate spot for the Patek arm of London Jewelers, which is physically next door to the Rolex store.1) Beginning with the Rolex shop, the staff has been nothing but great during my visits. I moved into the area a few years ago and was curious about the Rolex brand after inheriting a very special timepiece from a family member. A lot of reviews here use the word "patient," but I think a more accurate term would be "excited" -- they truly enjoy showing the product and explaining the history (and use) of the different models/complications.Alberto Insua, in particular, is the man. Beyond his knowledge of the brand, he is a true professional in the space. (I am not just saying this -- his communication and efforts are top-tier, which you don't see much in other ADs.) He was able to deliver a lovely timepiece to mark a very special occasion. I also found out from a good friend that he, too, received an awesome piece from Alberto. Enough said -- he is your guy!Don't let the red rope in front discourage you. It is a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.2) Make sure you visit the Patek store next door, also owned by London Jewelers, and ask for Jesse Barbera. I met Jesse during my first visit to Rolex a few years ago (the Patek was still under construction), and, like Alberto, he came through with an awesome piece marked a separate special occasion back then. The guy exudes passion over all things watches, whether a "trinity" piece or a Swatch. I can almost guarantee you will learn something new from him when you meet him.In short, you can't go wrong with any of the staff at these locations, but those two gentlemen get my vote. (Sorry for blowing up your spots, guys...)”
