Awesome shopping experience. Karen is the loveliest associate ever. She made sure I was fully happy with my order and she and everyone else went the extra mile to ensure I got the coat I needed. They actually ordered it from a store in New York and had it delivered for free. I highly recommend the store and Karen in particular.
