Totally lost all interest in Tiffany. Seems like Boeing bought them. I went to have a bracelet repaired. 2 years ago it cost $60 to repair. Now it's $159!! The salesperson Carole at the short hills store was so good she sold us another bracelet (I have lots of jewelry from them). Then continued trying to sell us more and more. Gave me her cell number and took mine. I had a question about a week later and texted Carole. Never heard a word. I called corporate and they had excuse after excuse. That is NOT Tiffany's. Not the business I knew. Now weeks later Carole called my husband and said she didn't have my number blah blah. No one ever got back to me. So paying lots more for jewelry because it has the tiffany name has now become just a waste of money. Please do not respond with excuses and more nonsense. What a shame.

We originally had an appt at the Tiffany in the city, but due to the train interruptions and the heat, we opted to drive to the store in Short Hills instead. It was my daughter’s birthday, so she was a little disappointed we had to make the shift, but it was a great decision! We had such a wonderful experience! Even though we weren’t big spenders (we spent about $600), we received such personalized, red carpet service! The attention to detail right down to putting the receipt in a tiny envelope is top tier! Naz was so wonderful, offering genuine suggestions and conversation without being pushy. She took such great care of us, and was so personable. It made my daughter’s birthday so special! We can’t wait to go back!

We stopped in for about 45 minutes and Jennifer was absolutely professional and friendly. My partner could not decide on a necklace, so Jennifer showed us the whole collection. She even helped us try out the pieces, and went out of her way to show us different colors and materials. We felt very welcome, and we were able to make out with a necklace. My partner was excited and still can’t believe we were able to find something she could show off! Thank you!!!

My experience on Sunday, October 29 was excellent, I was greeted at the door by Britney, who assured me that my wait time was only five minutes being that the store was very busy. She later assisted me in a selection from Elsa Peretti a open heart pendant. Brittney conveyed. Excellent Customer service was very patient and very engaging. I recommend if you're shopping at the Tiffany store ask for Britney, she is very knowledgeable regards to the merchandise.

My husband and I had a traumatic experience for our recent anniversary at a local flower shop, and following a family tragedy, when we came back from overseas recently he wanted to redeem it by making our valentine’s day special.
We personally received amazing service by our (new) client advisor at this location. She was classy, respectful and welcoming. She showed us through the whole store like a museum curator and told us the amazing stories of each piece. She accommodated us very well. The ring was beautiful, and I feel confident that i’ll be taken care of no matter what.
The only thing that was unfortunate was the care to details with purchasing. We received a blank white envelope in the bag and thought that was an envelope for the receipt. Apparently, just finding out now via online that we were supposed to receive a velvet tiffany pouch in that envelope.

This place is not POC or LGBT friendly. I visited this Tiffany location with my girlfriend a few weeks ago. We were looking to browse engagement ring options. The sales associate greeted us and was welcoming. However, as soon as she heard about us getting engagement rings, her attitude changed 180 and was rude throughout the rest of our conversation. We were not properly introduced to the engagement collections, and it was clear that she wanted to get out of the conversation as soon as possible. We were also yelled by another sales associate when my girlfriend politely asked that if she can take a look at a bracelet that was next to where the associate stood. Our entire experience was terrible.

I am a relatively new person to the upscale jewelry scene and I have always loved Tiffany. My boyfriend has bought me a number of pieces from Tiffany and they have all been wonderful. Most recently we were at this location and we were looking at the return to Tiffany necklace with the heart tag and the diamond. The sales associate was pushy and ended up giving me the floor model instead of a new necklace. I don't know if she did this on purpose or by accident but as soon as I got home I realized and it really ruined the special moment as I had to go back to the store to exchange it without my boyfriend.I would give one star because I felt that the experience was extremely unprofessional however the associate that helped me to exchange the necklace was absolutely amazing and I'm sure they gave the other associate a good talking to. From now on I will either buy online or ask for a brand new unopened item when shopping in the store.
