This is a double review because I do not see a separate spot for the Patek arm of London Jewelers, which is physically next door to the Rolex store.1) Beginning with the Rolex shop, the staff has been nothing but great during my visits. I moved into the area a few years ago and was curious about the Rolex brand after inheriting a very special timepiece from a family member. A lot of reviews here use the word "patient," but I think a more accurate term would be "excited" -- they truly enjoy showing the product and explaining the history (and use) of the different models/complications.Alberto Insua, in particular, is the man. Beyond his knowledge of the brand, he is a true professional in the space. (I am not just saying this -- his communication and efforts are top-tier, which you don't see much in other ADs.) He was able to deliver a lovely timepiece to mark a very special occasion. I also found out from a good friend that he, too, received an awesome piece from Alberto. Enough said -- he is your guy!Don't let the red rope in front discourage you. It is a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.2) Make sure you visit the Patek store next door, also owned by London Jewelers, and ask for Jesse Barbera. I met Jesse during my first visit to Rolex a few years ago (the Patek was still under construction), and, like Alberto, he came through with an awesome piece marked a separate special occasion back then. The guy exudes passion over all things watches, whether a "trinity" piece or a Swatch. I can almost guarantee you will learn something new from him when you meet him.In short, you can't go wrong with any of the staff at these locations, but those two gentlemen get my vote. (Sorry for blowing up your spots, guys...)

This is a genuine review!A few days ago, I received a call from Mr. Alberto and received the watch I had ordered. Everyone, Mr. Alberto is the real deal!! Not only does he have extensive knowledge about watches, but his pride and knowledge about Rolex watches are unparalleled!! He is always ready to answer any question, and his manners and skills in dealing with customers are truly top-notch. He is a true professional, from consultation to purchase, everything was perfect. The watch is great, but Mr. Alberto himself is someone you can truly trust!! Thank you so much!!

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The older, bigger, white security guard immediately shook his head at us the second we walked in. Super weird that the employees take on the personality of the company as if they don’t clock out and go home to their very destitute home. Without the walls of Rolex, their egos are extremely perilous.

What can I say about Rolex Short Hills Mall and specifically Christopher Grey. Well the best customer expedience and longterm relationship I have ever seen by Rolex. Honest, professional, a pleasure to speak with and a joy to visit. Everyone at London Boutique truly appreciates each customer. I would personally recommend both the boutique and Christopher Grey is the hands down best sales executive I have had the pleasure to meet and will always be my go to! After starting a new job I talked to Chris about a new watch to celebrate and picked up this beauty! Thank you London Boutique team and Christopher.Updated with my last purchase, again I have to say that London Rolex Boutique is the place to go if you want to talk watches and love Rolex’s. I would always ask for Christopher Gray, best sales experience I have had full stop!

Couldn’t have asked for a better first time Rolex experience than was provided at the Short Hills boutique and in particular by Alberto Insua. The Alberto is an extraordinary professional and made my visit special and definitely one to remember since is my first Rolex and a very hard to get piece. Alberto went above and beyond to help me get my dream Rolex, faster than I even dreamed of. He's super nice, and very knowledgeable I appreciated the time he spent with me explain every single one of my questions. Furthermore, everyone there was very professional, courteous and respectful. They for sure have earned a life long customer and i will recommend to all my friends to shop there.

I visited the Rolex branch recently to have my watch refitted. During my visit, the staff went above and beyond to provide quality service and hospitality. I received assistance from Christopher Grey who answered any questions and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

I walked into the Rolex Boutique 1 year 6 months ago. I met with Alberto. He's very nice, and very knowledgeable. He spent the time to go over a few models with me and explained there history and how they operate. I gave him my wish list of 2 models I was very interested in. I was very patient and patients is key. He called me a few days ago after waiting 1 year and 6 months and it was my turn. As soon as I walked into the boutique he immediately greeted me, and walked me over to there private room for the unveiling. He offered me coffee and water. He made me feel very comfortable and at home. I felt like I was working with a friend and not a pushy sales person. He showed me the watch and I fell in love with it. The process from there was seamless. I am very happy. If your in the market go see Alberto. He is a true master at his craft. Thank you...

I recently visited the Rolex store at The Mall at Short Hills and had an exceptional experience. We were addressed and greeted immediately with a welcoming respect and professionalism. The store, as always, was bright, clean, and appealing. There was a large selection to preview. We were returning to pickup a 10 year wedding anniversary gift for my husband. Our sales associate Alberto Insua is the best! While he was finishing up with a customer, he made sure that we weren’t waiting and had another sales associate, Hany Danielle, attend to us right away. We were offered refreshments, and then my husband’s new watch was brought out to view and try on. It was such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Both sales associates were so professional, knowledgable, attentive, patient, and personable. Alberto came to us as soon as he was finished and made sure we were happy with our choice, experience and service. We were very pleased. I have been to many authorized dealers and boutiques all over the world. However, the boutique in Shorthills has by far been my best experience. The associates there are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. With a special shout out to Alberto Insua, who was able to add the latest piece to my collection, and Stephanie Krieger who has worked with both myself and a friend of mine. Everytime I visit the boutique Alberto and Stephanie are happy to talk about specific models, the history behind them, and all the craftsmanship hidden behind the dial. I couldn't recommend Alberto, Stephanie, and this boutique any more highly if you are looking for your first piece, or your tenth. Thank you again Alberto for your patience, and my new GMT!

I love this boutique. It is very professional and welcoming. 90% of this is because of the staff. On the weekends, Stephanie is there to assist with any needs or questions I may have. She is amazing and super friendly. If you are there on the weekdays Hany and Jenn are an awesome choice. This is a great boutique to shop at!
