Went in with my sister for mani+pedi and pedicure. No one was in the salon and they could not have rushed us out faster. Nail polish all over our skin, rushed and encouraged to pay before anything was finished/done. Bad job Bad customer service Over priced

The physical salon has been newly renovated. I love the new chairs & the fact that they have individual / one-time use tools - very sanitary. The foot baths also have individual one-time use wrapping to ensure extra sanitation. I have only ever come here for pedicures during my lunch breaks - so I cannot speak for any type of manicure... but I have never left disappointed. I also like that I can tip on my credit card for the days I am not carrying cash. Everyone is really friendly & helpful. I do not feel rushed or pushed ever, although some other reviews say differently (everyone is entitled to their own opinions and experiences).

Overpriced rude service. Paid 20 for a manicure because they took off my gel polish. $30 for a pedicure they were ok nothing great. And as they took off the gel the manicurist complained the whole time that it was hard to get off. No massage after I spent all that money never again.

They do a beautiful job. I am very picky when it comes to pink and white - they do a GREAT JOB. They also do free repairs if anything chips before 2 weeks. I have never had to have any repairs- bc it actually lasts 2 weeks. My pedicure from here lasts much longer then usual and also comes out perfect! The salon is kept very clean. The staff remembered my name after the first time I came and seem to genuinely appreciate my business. They always have a movie playing that helps the time pass. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't do any back massage (my old salon did back massage and I miss that!)

The owner is lovely, one of the manicurists was one of the rudest, most indignant people I've ever met. She practically threw my pocketbook at me, and totally ignored me when I tried to ask her a question and started smirking. I'm thinking, is this really happening??? I will never go back there .

I work in the area so I wanted try a new place and this was the closest to it. Sadly, I wish I would have checked the reviews before coming here.. the service wasn't bad although the lady was not friendly at all, but I didn't mind it. I asked for a gel manicure which I spent $35 for. The color was nothing like they had featured but once again, I'm not really one to complain. Anyway, a gel manicure is expected to last two weeks+, that's why it's pretty expensive but usually worth it. I got my manicure three days ago and it's already chipped, not just one nail either, almost all. (I don't do anything heavy etc) so for them to chip and break so easily is ridiculous. I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Good staff, massage chairs for pedicures. They show movies all day! Low volume of course with subtitles. 4 stars because it's a little more expensive than other local spas.
