Me and my sister came this past weekend to this store, she wanted to purchase something. She ended up buying a cute bag for $1.6k and we found it strange that the lady took her card to the back to charge her. This was around 2pm and then later on that evening another charge was made for $2.7k. So it couldn’t have been a duplicate charge bc the amounts were different. My sister called back and they're talking about store policy is to wait 4 days. FOUR DAYS FOR WHAT?? Thats a fraudulent charge and ohhh i wish i remembered her name! But legal charges are coming!

Really bad staffing here. They don’t let people in the store unless they wait outside little while. Security standing outside. It’s like they have gold and money inside the store and they think people will steal. They only let people 1 by one. So you need to wait other people to get out from store to get in. Meanwhile you can walk in to most of the luxury stores. This store is terrible. Wrong treatment to their customers. Don’t shop here

Just my experience: I absolutely hated it. They aren't dog friendly. Kinda sucks when i'm shopping for my dog and i to match. A poor choice in my opinion to not allow dogs, but their choice.

Exchange my husband sneaker today and the employee's in the back this morning was very helpful and showed lots of Luv...The Associate that helped us gave us water and the employee in the front said it's nomore water Loud & Nasty. I wish I could give 0 stars, came here to buy a gift for my significant other arrived 10 mins prior to closing due to traffic, I get to the door your security wouldn’t let me in because it’s after 6 and they don’t let people in, meanwhile employees standing around doing nothing. I knew exactly what I wanted, paying with cash, and was told to go away. Better off spending my money elsewhere, everyone else should as well, $1000+ sale gone. Disgusting

Staff was passive aggressively rude. I was looking at shoes and they laughed saying they don’t have anything my size. I have small feet, size 6, and they joked they only have size 20. I said I’ll just go to Neiman Marcus then and left.

I would’ve put 1 star but I like Prada in general, but this location not friendly at all. The store clerk was sitting on the couch and she didn’t even greet us. Walked right out, zero customer service. Went to Cartier and LV to spend my money, phenomenal service there.

I can not even give 1 star. Because this people who works in Prada store at short mall 2 nd floors is just discussing. I am a big fan of Prada , I purchased Prada shoes and bag 2 times a year. Recently because of Covid They changed the rules, as a health care professional I understand that Certain amount people can enter the store. But it is does not mean in the middle of my payment time some stupidUnprofessional Chinese lady who called herself a “manager” name BRENDA was telling me to leave a store. Because security girl made a mistake she let me to enter to store without company ?.i am just writing this to tell MAIN PRADA office to be aware. That Chinese lady name BRENDA was laughing at my face when she was telling me that she is not doing anything wrong. That you can came back and purchase your bag. Because of Unprofessionalism ,rudeness and Unacceptable behavior of this people company loosing their Business.

The customer service here is always good. Store is always clean. The quality of prada is not what is once was. Prada is now made in Romania not Italy and the quality shows. Tags and logos come off clothing. After washing delicate by hand the clothes do not remain the same. They are ripping us off.
