Awesome experience today. The clasp on my speedmaster moonphase lost a screw and I dropped in to have them take a look at it. They greeted me very politely and took the watch to see if they had a replacement screw. 5 minutes later I was all set. Very happy with customer service and commitment to stand behind their product.

OMG !!! There are not enough words to describe my experience. Amazing staff , wonderful service !! I am very impressed and pleased with the service they provided. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, they made me feel like home !! I had the pleasure of being served by Alessandra Nascimento, so kind and helpful, during the whole process she was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped ensure me that all my needs would be met. I had an exceptional experience buying my Seamaster Diver 007 Edition, I highly recommend. Thank you so much for everything !!

Huge Omega fan !!! I was here visiting. We have Omega Boutiques in DC and VA.
As soon we walked in the Boutique with my girlfriend Andrew Richter welcomed us.
Andrew was showing us couple watches.
I told him I am not sure what to get for my future wedding watch. Speedy is the answer!!!
We really appreciate Andrew’s customer service and his time explaining deep history of each watches.
I am back to the DMV area and Andrew still following up with me on the email to see when I will be coming back next time to visit the Boutique. If you are looking for a great watch and want an outstanding customer service schedule a time with Andrew.

I’ve had this watch for less than a week, and brought it in to do basic servicing (remove a link & try new straps). The representative who worked on my watch didn’t clean the table top, which had debris from some other work. Now my watch bezel is scratched up. This is really careless.

This is my "home boutique" and I've had nothing but good experiences. I've purchased multiple pieces & accessories here and have been treated like a king on each visit. A special shout out goes to David, who always takes time out to see me even when I'm just there to browse and see what's come in recently. After having visited double-digit Omega boutiques and countless other watch dealers, I can say pretty comfortably that Omega Short Hills is the cream of the crop.

Outstanding experience with the Omega Boutique and David Seney. Have purchased multiple watches now for my wife and myself based on relationship established with David prior to making any purchase. As a watch enthusiast and a local, I would often stop in to talk watches and never felt that I was a bother to David. I have been a client of the Omega Boutique at the Short Hills Mall for over 5 years, and each and every time I purchase a watch from them I am met with more than professionalism, I am treated as a VIP. I have come to know all members of the staff there, and all make me feel welcome, every time. My special thanks go to David Seney, who is not only an incredibly knowledgeable representative and who has been my go-to person for every Omega watch I have purchased over these years - including the really hard to find ones - but a true delight to visit with even if you are just browsing. I had emailed beforehand to reserve a specific watch and was told they would give a complimentary leather strap and pin buckle to my order when I came in to pick it up. When I arrived the next day, I was told by the assistant store manager they were unable to do that as it went against the protocol of no more than a certain percentage of complimentary “gifts” could be added to a certain order, so they wouldn’t be able to give me both the strap and the pin buckle, only one of them.This would’ve been fine, except that the incident was not handled professionally as I had been told - in writing, over email, so I still had and have the proof - just the day before. Perhaps more disturbingly, there wasn’t any vestige of remorse or apology from the staff when I came in, as if they had done nothing wrong, and somehow I just had bad luck. I wouldn’t have come to this store if not for the offer (could’ve gone to a store in DE and paid less because of tax).As I was short on time purchasing the item as a gift, I decided to still go through and just get the strap as an add-on. AFTER I paid, the person asked for my ID, which I didn’t have with me at the time, so we had to cancel the order as they couldn’t sell it without a physical ID (photo on phone is not accepted). My suggestion would be to check the customer’s ID BEFORE taking payment.One final observation, when they brought out the watch, it had no plastic covering, so I’m not sure if it was truly new, or perhaps it had been used as a window display. When I ultimately ended up purchasing the same item the next day abroad in the local Omega boutique (after having just flown out on my trip, when I would’ve brought the gift), it turned out to be such a happy alternative since there’s no tax (for an international purchaser) and the exchange rate was very much in my favor. The exact same item ended up costing about one third less. And the boutique there brought out the watch in all new plastic protective covering, which was a peace of mind seeing the item was clearly brand new and had a nice soft shine to it.

I went tonight to get my watch’s clasp fixed. Arthur was very friendly and professional. He replaced the spring in 10 minutes while I waited.
