“5-star customer service from Awilda; we entered T-Mobile at the Short Hills location for a new IPhone for my niece, as her battery was draining, and her phone would shut on and off.Awilda was helpful and hands on from the beginning of our interaction until the end. She even checked to see if it was possible to trade my niece's older IPhone in before continuing with our transaction.T-Mobile at the Short Hills mall should be very proud to have customer service representatives like Awilda, and it would be great if someone from the corporate office makes sure that this feedback gets to her.”

She was incredibly patient and helped me switch all my data/info from my old phone to a new one. I hadn't even bought the new one there (it's an older model) but I was treated the same. I've stayed with T-Mobile because of their excellent customer service, either on the phone or in person. Yesterday was a perfect example of that. Because it took a while to transfer I had a lovely time chatting with her and her manager. Thank you Tay and Shay. You both rock!”

Hh had to go in the back and I wasn't sure if we were supposed to wait so I asked my daughter who didnt know either. Rob's coworker Ed K. Overheard and gave us all the info we needed. A+ customer service in a Verizon store where I have come to expect less than that. I think I will come back to this particular store even though it's 15 minutes further than my local one.”
