We went into Lovesac looking to purchase a couch and had a great experience with Anthony. He took the time to explain all details to us and made sure we knew what to buy. It was an extremely seamless experience. I highly recommend visiting him in the Short Hills mall.

The staff in the store were so helpful and friendly. The quality and comfort of the couch is excellent. The process of putting this couch together is beyond frustrating. It’s not complicated, but it is extremely time consuming and challenging manual work. Just getting everything out of the packaging took two of us almost an hour. Then you have to put covers on each individual piece and put all the pieces together. They are not light. Honestly, annoying enough that I might not buy one again.

Great experience shopping at the LoveSac Store in Short Hills Mall. We worked with a salesman named Gerald who helped us put together the perfect sectional and couldn’t be happier with all the customizations to choose from. He was very knowledgable and showed us all possible options and arrangements. Highly recommend going to a nearby store, it made a huge difference!

Sactional is super comfortable and durable. The sounds system is awesome. Still cant get the wireless charger to work. In store customer service is excellent. Phone/chat is an abomination. There should be an option to have your exchanged item sent before they receive the return - otherwise an exchange take weeks They won’t even dispatch the exchange until they receive the return. Once it’s in FedExs hands - they should rush it back to the consumer.

Gerald was very helpful in finding us a great deal for our new couch covers and accessories! We would go back and work with him again! He called us when we left a Piece of our purchase being by accident.
