I went to The Short Hills Mall to get my Overnight Reset Serum, my favorite hand lotion Shea Butter, soaps, gift sets etc.... This product line is magical, I can really tell the difference in the morning when my skin is glowing and looking refresh. I am a big fan of the Shea Butter Hand Cream! look no more, it works and it is the BEST! Def worth every penny. It gets better...I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany and Marilyn who welcomed me at the door. These ladies are rock stars! Their customer service is FIRST CLASS. Tiffany I believe is the store Manager...(if she's not then she should be). She was very helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I am completely taken care of. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I had some issues with my account and I was extremely impressed on how determined she was to solve my problem. I can tell right away that she loves her job.Marilyn was also very friendly, patient and helpful. The customer service I received from these ladies are extraordinary. I left the store feeling great and knowing that my business was appreciated. I have been a huge fan of L'Occitane for over 10 years. Thank you Marilyn and Tiffany for my pleasant experience today. My wife and daughter made me go on the factory tour in France. I got hooked. The products actually work! And they have men-specific products that are simple and clean.

Being the only patron in the store at the time, the saleswoman behind the counter was very attentive and helpful - until she doused herself in Arlesienne right next to me after I told her I was sensitive to most of L'Occitane's scents except for Verveine, which I had originally intended to buy. Maybe she was just being overenthusiastic, but damn.

I won't be buying any gifts for anyone from this store. I won't be purchasing anything from this company period even though I like the products. I purchased a hand cream for my mother. She did not want it because she's tried it a few products and did not like them. I was told when purchasing the item that if my mother did not like it I could return it and Get a full refund in form of payment. I returned the item the next day unopened, un used and I had the original receipt. I was told I could not get a refund and my only option is store credit. Makes no sense. What if she doesn't want anything else which she doesn't. I refuse to purchase anything else from L'Occitane period because the sales associate who sold me the hand cream was not honest when I asked about the return policy and I don't respect that. She should have been honest and given me the opportunity to decide whether or not I want to purchase the item. She was dishonest just to make a sale and that doesn't sit well with me.

This is the best cosmetics company around. I will start with the L'Occitane located in Phipps Plaza Atlanta GA. I had forgotten my Red Rice Ultra-Matte Face Fluid, so my face looked and felt like an oil slick. The manager of the Phipps Plaza L'Occitane gave me several samples to tie me over until I got back to NJ. The staff in both the Short Hills as well as the Bridgewater stores is very helpful and accommodating. I once had a few favorite products but it seems that every time they create another product my list of favorites grows. Having sensitive skin I have to be very careful of what I use on my skin and during the winter months my skin is normally so stressed out that I itch constantly. since beginning to use these products, I have found I no longer experience the intense itching that I once did. I also like the way it makes my already soft skin softer. My love is Almond line, Almond Milk Concentrate, Almond Milk Veil, Almond Shower Oil, Almond Supple Skin Oil the only product from the line which I an not crazy about is the Almond bubble bath. This line has such a clean fresh scent. Then there is the Shea butter extra gentle soap and the Certified organic pure Shea Butter which are my winter staples. Once you are on their mailing list they will periodically send you products samples. I recall reading a post on the L'Occitane USA portal where a lady stated she wanted to hate one of the new products because it was so expensive but once she tried it, she fell in love with it. Also the stores are not stingy they will give you samples of their products. Just beware; this place can make you go broke because you will want it all.
