This the second pair of shoes that were sent that didn't fit. Went to local store in Short Hills Mall and was helped by the Assistant Store Manager - Stephon Hammond. He was extremely apologetic, even though it was not his fault, but the fault of their warehouse / Fulfillment Center down South. I would buy in this store because of Stephon. He is a model employee that if I owned a business, I would want Stephon working on my team. He exemplifies excellent qualities especially people skills, which unfortunately, many get wrong. I was at a different store that was out of stock of the shoes that I wanted. So we called the Short Hills store and asked them to hold the last pair in stock for me. When I got there I was in and out in just a few minutes. Very friendly staff. Thank you guys!

Disappointed with the shoe quality. Within two weeks of buying the shoe it started coming apart. The glue quality was so poor.

I was visiting here with friends and never realized the high quality (at least, visibly and at first touch) of the clothing here. The jackets seemed like really nice quality and given the construction of most of the things, the prices are great, even in pandemic, post war-times.I was helped by a gentleman named George. I tried on some clothing that seemed to fit just right on the first try. I was tempted to buy their colored shoe laces that they have, but, declined.Great store, seems a little small. I imagine their flagship stores are larger and have more things to choose from.

Was in a last minute rush to find dress pants and shoes for a vacation and found what I needed at the Johnston & Murphy at Short Hills. Rich helped me out, was a really helpful and friendly guy. Would definitely recommend shopping here and I plan to return here myself :)

Terrific shopping experience! I saw a pair of shoes online I wanted, and luckily they had a pair in my size in store. (The sales professional was ready to offer having them shipped in if necessary). I tried on two sizes, one fit perfectly, and he rang me up, but not after asking about any other shopping needs. Excellent use of open ended questions.
