I drove an hour to Short Hills mall to find special pieces for Father’s Day, but stopped and spent $100+ in less than 5 minutes here first. The manager on 6/15/23, Mia was so rude, I came back to return it all 10 minutes later. Zero customer service is an understatement. Rudest person I have ever encountered is more like it

I bougth a jeanie and jack dress for my four months old baby just for 7 dollars!! At burlington!! So i do not need to go to jeanie and jack store to over pay for the same dress 54 dollars!!

My favorite place to shop for my kids. However, I observed change in the quality of the clothing and pattern of design after Gap bought them. They should have stuck to the old ways. Now I barely find anything I like and the prices are ridiculous.

If new ownership is committed to making changes to turn the brand around, they need to start by removing incompetent store staff. Kathy at Short Hills is incredibly rude and not knowledgeable about anything related to the brand, company policies, etc. The clothes are cute, but I will not shop at this location, because of her. It's not worth the headache of waiting on hold with customer service for 30+ minutes to correct her frequent mistakes.
