Make sure you check the item price against the receipt when you shop here! I bought a bra here with a price tag of $49. When I got to my car, I noticed they charged me $69. I went back to get my $20 refund. The manager gave me a hard time, and when I said it’s illegal to charge more than the lowest advertised price, she laughed at me. She needed a calculator to get the difference between $49 and $69. The cashier and I kept saying $20, but she didn’t believe us. I used to work retail, and when prices went up, we had to take all of the affected items off the floor to mark them up in the back room, because you must honor the lowest advertised price. Doesn’t matter if there is a sign out with a higher price (which there wasn’t), the law is the lowest advertised price is the price. The cashier was very helpful picking out a bra for me, although they do not carry large enough sizes. No D cups in stock when I went. I will not be returning to this location.

Loved my recent purchase at the Short Hills Intimissi, it was made super special by Nicole who helped answer all my questions, was welcoming, professional, gracious and courteous. I was not planning on buying anything but Nicole made the experience stellar. Shoutout to her and the team there.

Not very helpfulI put some clothes in the shopping cart on the Intimissimi website, as it wasn't going to arrive in time I decided to go to the store in person and they had everything I had in the cart, when I went to pay the total amount in the store it was different from the total amount online (more expensive in the store) I asked if they could match the price, she said no, and didn't even try to find out why, she said do you want to cancel the purchase lol

It's been more than a month since I returned the goods and they don't refund the money. I contacted the customer service, they only answer that they will consider my application and that's it. I am so sad that I didn 't read reviews about this company earlier , where many people were faced with the fact that intimissimi does not return their money and which conducts its business through fraud .
