VERY dissatisfied with the customer service I received today by manager Eli. The Indigo kiosk indicated a book was $9.99 but I was charged the full price of the book.
When this was brought to the attention of the manager Eli, he stated "I'm not in charge of managing the kiosk" and did not honor the price even after many attempt of explaining that this price is indicated on THEIR Indigo kiosk.
This is very disappointing; as a manager myself I have learned that the customer is always right, especially if a price is listed in the store. I suggest Eli promptly receive a refresher on his customer service and managerial skills. I left very dissatisfied with the lack of care for the customer and as a frequent visitor, I no longer will be purchasing anything from this bookstore location. I will say that all other staff members were very helpful and appreciate their help.

Oh, my daughter wish to stay there all day long. Great helping staff, great choice of books, candles, gift options, fun fof kid of any age from 1 to 101.

Bookstore nerd here. I was so excited to see what Indigo was all about, the NJ location is the first (and I believe only) US location. It's a book lovers dream, especially if you love not only books but all the book adjacent products too. The books are plenty, very well displayed and easy to find. You'll find what you're looking for, and more. BUT you'll also find all the notebooks, the mugs, the pens, the bags.....you name it. The store is perfection. My only complaint, you'll want it all and possibly spend more money than you intended. ?

Went too short hills Mall the other day and found this store. I of course immediately love book stores but this one is really cool because it has kitchen supplies, toys, jewelry and other cool stuff as well. It is really quite a big store! The layout of the books is very nice because they had a table with all the popular books and I was able to find three almost immediately that I wanted to read. Wonderful store will definitely return and it is very clean. I also managed to find an apron here that I needed and they're kind of hard to find for some reason lol

The Beginning. The first Indigo location opened in Burlington Ontario in 1997, created with the desire to bring a unique cultural destination to the Canadian retail marketplace. Indigo Books & Music Inc. ("Indigo"), as it exists today, was created in August 2001 upon the merger with Chapters Inc.You can enjoy flipping through the books and relax before checking out your items. They also have a section for kids, and sell bath-wear stuff, kitchenware, stationeries, etc.It's become my favorite coffee table bookstore in New Jersey. The displays are lovely and the children's section is a wonderland.
