Being shopped here for 4 years, now super disappointed by the customer service. I bought an earrings broke in half the third time I’m wearing it. And a quota bag popped broken itself while I only used once in a year. They told me it’s my problem and will send to repair for 6 months and charge a fee. Rude. No apologies for poor quality products. Paying the most and being treated as dirt. I’m super frustrated and sad.

I had a fantastic experience at Hermès in Short Hills, thanks to Anthony. I called ahead to check if a specific bracelet was in stock, and Anthony was incredibly pleasant and helpful over the phone. He confirmed the item was available, and my daughter went to the store the same day to make the purchase. Anthony provided exceptional service throughout the process, making the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Anthony if you're visiting the store!

I have had great experiences every time I visited this store. My SA, Ruby, is always very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. She is extremely patient and spends time with me until I find the perfect product.

I had a very good experience at Hermes at Short Hills Mall. Marina Diktovitch gave me and my sister-in-law from Brazil a very special time. She was gracious and knowledgeable. We left the store happy and grateful to have met her. My sister in law got a nice pink bag and did not exchange a belt because Marina gave her a feedback about the product that she decided not to exchange or return.

I had an amazing experience at Hermès at Short Hills Mall. The sales associate Marina D. was very kind and friendly. She answered all my questions honestly and helped me to make very good choices. I was impressed with her professionalism. I’ll definitely come back.

I have been pleasantly surprised by my shopping experiences at the Hermes Boutique, Short Hill Mall! From the security detail at the front door to each sales associate, I am impressed with their professionalism, and everyone is so welcoming! I have been greeted, offered a drink, and had my questions answered honestly and with expertise. I am most impressed by Elizabeth, my exemplary S.A. and the Store Manager, who always takes the time to say hello. I sincerely feel valued and made to feel part of the Hermes family! Highly recommend.

This store has the most kind and friendly staff. My SA is amazing! I also have met the store manager and director and I only have lovely things to say about them. They are so hardworking and always friendly and accommodate everyone. I never had to please anyone to get things I love. I always bought things I loved and I was blessed to buy bags I loved. I got two nonquota bags and 2 quotas bags within less than a year and every experience was so lovely. I am so happy with this location and the team. You just need to have patience, be kind and nice and a little understanding.

First lady who encountered me off the bat stated “are you here to buy or just look” with such a judgmental tone. Would’ve been nice to just be greeted by “how may I help you today”. Meanwhile, my SA Tamesha was a class act. Helped and made me feel comfortable.

Not efficient at all . Door man is rude . Shows attitude They don’t have enough sales people . They creates environment so people r waiting over 1 hour . Whole store looks empty but people r waiting .

My husband and I had an exceptional experience today at this Hermes location. Jovy was very helpful and kind. We also had the pleasure of meeting and working directly with the manager, Robert. Robert was extremely helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and very down to earth. We had a great time chatting with him and we will definitely shop at this location in the future.

How is this a luxury brand? The Short Hills location doesn't answer the phone or return messages. Then you go in and the arrogance. The manager should be fired! Horrible customer experience.

My wife experienced the worst customer service at this location. She came in and the security personal said someone would be with her shortly and to look around. She stayed around the shoes and watched numerous people who came in after her be helped. She finally said something and a rude SA said they were doing it in order of when you came in which wasn’t true. She had been waiting over 20 minutes at this point, one SA kept apologizing that she hadn’t been helped and after 35 minutes she finally left. As she as she was walking out the men at the door said someone would be done soon. She explained how waiting over 35 minutes to be helped is ridiculous at 11am on a Friday. They claimed the people who came in after her had appointments, however she knew this wasn’t true because of the way the SA’s approached the other people.

Been here and felt the same all the others are saying. You don’t feel welcomed. The most basic sense of customer service is missing for the associates. So don’t go in expecting anything “luxury”.
