Would have given 0 stars, if it was possible. Shoddy quality - the stitching started unraveling within weeks of very light use (in and out of the car, no walking or running). The store employees refused to do anything about it although the shoes were bought in the store claiming wear and tear. Nonexistent response via email. Very disappointed in quality and customer service.

This is the best goldengoose location in the world the customer service is amazing from the first day I ever walked into the store and met Joe Joe no longer works here But he is the reason why I stuck with this store I have been to multiple golden goose locations and other states and I always have a good experiences at all locations but this location is amazing Megan in Duncan have always checked on me as far as my personal life and also always made sure I had opportunities to attend events and get first access to new releases when I shop here I feel like I’m going home into my closet and just picking stuff out with my friends I highly recommend this store to anyone and when you arrive make sure you ask for Duncan and tell them Qur’an sent you

I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband purchased a gift for me here. When I tried to rerun it a few days later with the receipt/tags on. I was told there are no returns in flagship stores just store credit. Unfortunately, a new associate did not share that information with my husband. It’s actually better to buy this product online than in the store. Poor customer service all around.

If I could give this company and it’s associates a 0 star I would. I had received a pair of golden goose sneakers that I’ve been wanting for a really long time this past Mother’s Day from my husband. I did not wear the shoe right away, but when I did they were intolerable. I tried to wear them again and sure enough, I had blisters and calluses. This was my first pair, and was not aware of their refund policy so I decided I would call and see if anything could be done. I spoke to a very lovely customer service rep and she did tell me about the refund policy, but she requested I send in photos and original documentation… which I sent in right away. A couple days later, I received a phone call from the store manager at the Short Hills location explaining their return policy once again, but he would do me the favor and “EXCHANGE” the shoe for another size. I went to the mall on a Friday not knowing he was off and ended up leaving with nothing because the store had nothing available. I get a phone call on Monday- from the store manager (Dunkin) telling me unfortunately he was not able to exchange the shoe because the shoe seemed to be “LOVED”. It’s appalling to me that such a popular company selling such expensive shoes has such poor customer service. How is a manager allowed to tell a customer they would exchange the shoe (HAVING SEEN PHOTOS ORIGINALLY UPLOADED) to then changing their mind? Not only am I disappointed, but I feel disrespected. I feel disrespected because he knew very well I wore the shoes 3-4 times as I stated in the original message, but it makes me feel really bad about my weight and the fact that im a bigger woman. He pretty much went on the say the 3-4 times I wore them, the soles wore out and he couldn’t resell them. It makes me so happy that Golden Goose only cares to re-sell a product than help customers out.

Return policy needs to be reevaluated. If the manufacturer believes in the quality and performance of their product the return/refund policy needs to be more flexible. Will not shop this product.

I bought my first pair of Golden Goose shoes from this store and had a wonderful experience. Marcus helped me find my perfect pair of shoes which I love! He was also very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. There were other customers in the store, and he did a wonderful job multi tasking to help all of us. I also had the opportunity to speak to Megan, the manager of this store. She was extremely professional, friendly, and enthusiastic. I will definitely go back there when I am ready to purchase my next pair of Golden Goose shoes!

Worst experience I have ever had shopping. I will never step foot in the short hills store again. I was followed around by a sales associate as if I was a thief. Never spoke to me or asked me if I had questions. Nothing, just an uncomfortable stare from the associate.
