I normally don’t take the time to write a review - good or bad. However I had such a positive experience with Jaila. She was the nicest, most helpful person I’ve had help me at a store in a while. I’m in customer service as well and she went above and beyond.

Karen was a great help! Walked in the store, didn’t even past 5 minutes and she already helped me find the perfect outfit. When you go to express go to Karen!

Lainey is a great sales person, was very patient with me and my daughter who had gone in to look for pants for her winter graduation. Pant size we needed was not available in this location however lainey went above and beyond to call other stores and find the pants for us.
