I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Bradley on the Winterbottom Team. Nicole is extremely patient, responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional. Buying a house can be a difficult process, Nicole ensured it was smooth from start to finish and was there to answer all our questions 24/7! I would absolutely recommend Nicole and her team.

Andy was great to work with and we highly recommend him! We are new to the Summit area, and Andy took the time to educate us on the real estate market as well as the various towns in the area. Andy was patient in letting us take our time to make decisions, while also alerting us when opportunities arose that we needed to move fast on. In the competitive house-buying environment, having someone as skilled, knowledgeable, and responsive as Andy was critical to our success. His honest, direct assessments of each house were very helpful in cutting through information overload. He is friendly and great to work with on both a personal and professional level.

My experience with Nicole was wonderful. Full disclosure Nicole and I are childhood friends and after this experience I must say there is nothing more special than to buy your first home with the assistance of a friend. That rapport aside, Nicole was attentive, flexible with her timing, and enjoyable to be around. She provided subtle yet veteran tactics like showing up early, telling us to sit down and soak in the room and envision the perspective, bringing snacks after long days of work or bright n early mornings, and asking detailed questions. Her knowledge of the market and negotiation strategies were also helpful, a perfect blend of informative and directional while not being pushy. She has a great process of broad questions from the start to more detailed along the way. She also plays a great relationship therapist balancing the needs, and agenda for both parties. If that dynamic is not relevant to your search, know she is fully committed to YOUR needs. She also comes with a great team that she doesn't push on yet offers up as additional resources. So if you do not have an attorney, inspector, loan office, etc. do not worry. I would recommend Nicole and the Winterbottom team 100 times over and I already have once so far. Our experience with Elizabeth Winterbottom selling our home in Short Hills was excellent.Elizabeth is a true pro. She has all aspects of the process finely tuned including knowing the market, great digital marketing, timing, and pricing. Elizabeth provided us with great advice throughout and took care of every detail.The results speak for themselves: over 40 in person tours, 6 bids all over ask four days later, and sold more than 11% over the ask price.We highly recommend using Elizabeth and her team!!

We worked with Nicole Bradley from the Winterbottom Team to purchase a home in Short Hills. Nicole was amazing and on top of every detail, every step of the way. We were shopping for a home from out of town, which made things difficult. Nicole made sure to Facetime us for tours and took pictures and videos of details we wanted to see. She was also helpful in putting together our offer in that she knew what would matter to the buyer. She was also helpful in recommending contractors for construction we wanted to do before moving in. Highly recommend Nicole!

Andy was terrific. Though we were new to the area to which we wanted to relocate, we knew we wanted to be in proximity to our kids living in nearby towns. We got Andy's name from friends who had already bought homes with him. (They also had family members who used him and were happy.)We found Andy to be accessible, in- the -know about upcoming inventory and eager to answer questions. With his help we found a house 15 minutes from our kids! He guided us through the buying process from bidding to closing. We highly recommend him.

Soon after meeting Nicole, we were sure she could help us. Her cool demeanor and clear competence put us at ease. Coming from a small town in upstate NY, the price tags of houses in the area were shocking and a bit intimidating. Nicole worked with us to educate and also listen to our needs and preferences while not being pushy. At the end she found us a home that checked all our boxes and more. Thanks to Elizabeth, my house received multiple bids, was under contract in less than a week, and ultimately sold for 8% over asking price. Elizabeth's advice on timing and pricing were right on target. She presented my home just as I wished and was readily available throughout the process to answer questions and offer guidance -- all leading up to a smooth closing.The marketing materials and photos produced by Elizabeth's team were beautiful and of the highest professional quality. I cannot recommend Andy Soloway and the Elizabeth Winterbottom Team enough! Andy worked with us for almost two years to help us find our dream home and in that time he became more like a part of the family than our realtor.
