Unprofessional. They don’t give any kind of updates about the item that my wife ordered in the store. It needs the customer to call them to get the update?When I called, they said yes it was shipped and when I asked for the tracking number, they decided to create the shipping label in that moment to give me the tracking number. And they were keep lying about the shipping even the label was showing it was created the during the phone call.This is my second time with similar experience in this store. I will never visit this store again.

Gabriella was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Helped me and my wife with an issue. Stayed with us after hours to make sure our issue was resolved. We need more employees like that in our workforce that make the experience worthwhile.

Horrible experience never coming back here or wasting my money in this store ever again. The manger compared my jewelry that i have purchased to the store Claire’s jewelry. He also went on to say that I can’t wear this jewelry everyday when I spent a lot of money on these pieces. Then went on to compare his real gold necklace on his neck saying his doesn’t tarnish, good for you I understand that dior jewelry isn’t real gold but all I was asking was what can I do about the missing diamond and the tarnish of my necklace, I wasn’t complaining or being rude about it and was completely understating that the jewelry isn’t real gold but yet he still was talking to me as if I was an idiot. Very poor customer service, very unprofessional and rude manger. Never again.

No wonder the bad reviews. We arrived at Dior to see it was closed. The employees were sitting in the back and locked the doors and decided to shut down everything before we could walk in before 6 which was their closing time. I guess they don’t need us to purchase at this particular store. I will purchase at another Dior, since this one has HORRIBLE SERVICE

WORST WORST WORST customer service. Closing hours says 6pm but employees closes whenever they want and doesn’t accept customers. Explains the 2.8star review. Please just find a different Dior store or just order online.

So today was my first day that I treated myself to a bag in a very long time. First let me explain that the 2 stars goes for the security that stood outside the store and advised a lady to cut in the line that I had waited for with my family for 5 minutes. Five minutes is not a long time but can be if you are waiting with a 5 year old and a 2 year old. Not only was it disrespectful but then I had to explain to my 5 years old what just happened. Not sure if I am big fan of spending $4000 and then waiting in line to do so. There may need to be a better system for window shoppers and people who are purchasing bags. Perhaps an order over the phone and pick up. Then 1 star goes to the lady who ran in front of my family today and then yell at me about it. No one wants to argue about going into a store. Everyone is getting in, but here are the facts we did not need to argue with each other, security was wrong for letting you cut me in the line. The embarrassment came when security just stood there and watched. It was as though he wanted us to fight as he looked on and said nothing. I do not advise anyone who is in a rush to purchase in this store. Lastly security had several people cut the line in the store which can also come across as a problem. The holidays are coming and security needs to be a bit more alert. This is how fights happen. I would choose a store a bit more stress free...

I was helped by Monita at the store and she was efficient and great. I called the day before to ensure they had the bag I wanted and she confirmed and kept it on hold until I arrived the next morning.

Extremely slow service and was ignored when I walked in by other sales associates. Completely unprofessional but the over the phone contact was superb. Every other designer store treats its customers well except Dior at Short Hills.

Customer Service in this boutique is absolutely atrocious. They were only allowing 2-3 customers into the store at a time due to COVID, which is totally understandable. After waiting 15-20 mins in line, no one greeted me upon entering and the worker was just texting on her phone. After telling her I was looking for earrings, she just pulled out two trays of earrings and didn’t even bother asking me if I was looking for anything in particular or anything. She just went right back texting on her phone while I look over the earrings. I asked her if they have any earrings that are heart-shaped and she said everything on the tray was all they had. I’ve been looking at earrings on the Dior website for a couple of days already prior to coming to the boutique to check them out in person. On the website, it stated that the earrings were in stock in this particular boutique, so I showed her a picture of the earrings that I was interested in and she said that they have those and pulled out a bunch of other earrings from another box….I was already fed up at that point and just brought the earrings and left. The only time she seems friendly was when she finished doing my card transaction. Absolutely would not recommend this boutique and will not be coming back here ever. Go somewhere in NY where service will be a lot more pleasant.
