I am a big fan of this brand and usually have a great experience at their NYC stores. This was my first and likely last visit to this specific location. I was in there looking for an outfit for at least 20 minutes (including fitting room time) and not a single instance did any of the 5-6 employees ask if I needed help. The 2 that did look for a size for me only did so because I went up to them and asked for help. For such a high end brand, I really expected more..especially on a Monday morning when they weren’t that busy. I was going to buy a matching set from the new collection but was so put off by the cashiers attitude and lack of bother in helping, that I ultimately cancelled the transaction and walked away because I’d rather buy it online then give that location the sale.

I guess I’m privileged because I’m tall and dashingly handsome but wow they are so nice and helpful. I love the clothes and the people.

Club Monaco used to be one of my favorite brands. I have been to this stores many times. The staffs at this location never greet to the customers or ask if the customers need any help. They just chat and ignore customers. It's very disappointing that a high end brand treat customers like this.

SHOCKED how rude this staff is. There was one woman especially who was so dismissive and just plain rude…it was like they didn’t want anyone there. Awful. Someone needs to visit this store/make staffing changes asap.

I love club Monaco and shop there all the time at the store near me. This one was awful. They were incredibly rude, unhelpful and passive aggressive. Order online, avoid this location

They never honor the email coupons. They Always come up with ridiculous excuses to not accept them. Just went in today with a coupon that was Valid for 30% sweaters and first she said it was for women only which turned out to be wrong then she said it is for sale items only which turned out to be wrong as well. Then in the end she said she “doesn’t understand the wording” of the coupon….. which is as sent from their company.

Customer service at this location is the worst. I love Club Monaco clothes but will not put up with the attitude of the manager and other staff. Very rude, condescending, and not helpful. I think the managers name is Maria Elena- so rude

Poor customer service! Store manager was not helpful at all...practically said "solve your own problem" I bought a coat online and they delivered a pair of sneakers in stead on December 23...one day before traveling for Christmas. Manager said I would have to call customer service so they refund money and place order. NO OTHER solution. Basically said this is not our issue- it's the online department. As if she's not working for the same company and representing Club Monaco. She could have said- let me call customer service for you to see what we can do; let me figure out how we can make sure customer service will give you a discount- she says maybe they will take $20 off...but I have to call and wait on queue for over 60min. Club Monaco is not well represented by this employee at all. Needed to go the extra mile- specially during the holiday. Disappointed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They refuse to do anything for their customers, including taking care of a pair of shorts that frayed from the first wear. CM has garbage quality and garbage employees and this will be my first and last purchase at the company, mark my words!!! Back story- Bought a pair of shorts in Canada. Wore them once. They frayed from one day of normal wear. I live in NJ and the employees at the short hills store refused to absolutely do anything about their garbage quality because I got them on vacation elsewhere. Piss poor policies and piss poor customer service. Do they expect me to drive to Canada to get a $150 refund? Called customer service and they couldn't help me. Called the store in Canada and they basically said the short hills mall store was refusing when they didn't have to. She said she was escalating this to the district manager but I have yet to get any follow through from anyone in any store or on their social media and it's been well over a month now. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!! There are brands out there that actually care about their customers and THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! Save your $$$
