She helped me pick out my outfits and literally met my needs and. Listen to my request. She also made my experience fun. Because I usually hate being around a big crowds. Then there was Jay and he was amazing too. He was so helpful. It even provide additional information on how i can sign up for their emails.

“I was looking to add pieces to my wardrobe and decided to enter J.crew and liked what a saw just didn't seem to know how to put items together, as I browsed the store and saw the employees the way they dressed and their ideas I became more inspired and asked for some help. I spoke with Ann Marie and she gave me Many ideas and suggested I make an appointment to come in and she would pull together a capsule of pieces that all went together with each other. I did and we spent several hours putting items that I liked together and suggestions. I would highly recommend Ann Marie for personal shopping. The store has a manager by the name of Mark who is very hands on...when the store is full and cashiers need assistance behind the counter he doesn't hesitate to jump in and start ring up his customers or assist where needed. Always nice to see when a manager partakes where needed not just standing around doing nothing while the staff is struggling.”

“Wanted to give credit where due. I came in on a whim yesterday to find a new bra. I ended up leaving with 2 news bras and 3 new panties. I’m not sure of the associates name but she was extremely helpful, sized me perfectly without even measuring me , and made excellent recommendations. She was working around 12 pm on President’s day 2/19. I wasn’t able to try anything on in store because I was in a rush but everything fits so well! Great products and excellent customer service !!”
