Service at this location is quite surprisingly subpar, which is disheartening because customers pay significant amount for the product and, in my opinion, should receive appropriate support. Staff provided no help to resolve an issue with return of the product that was purchased on the website and explained that the website has nothing to do with their store, therefore it’s not their concern. Staff explained that my invoice has all pertinent information then just turned away and went about their business discussing private events. I wish they went over my invoice with me and explained how to return it online (especially since invoice did not have information about returns upon evaluation), which would have made a better interaction. Since the staff represents Christian louboutin just as much as the website does, then I am not quite sure why there was such neglect in service.

Great staff, very helpful everytime I go in. The selection isn't the best since its a smaller store but the staff is able to order whatever you want.

I bought pair of heels from their shop then I wore them only one time inside a restaurant then I was shocked that the red sole faded from 1st usage which was gentle, then when I googled it , it appears it's a common issue then I called the customer service who wasn't speaking English well with a difficult accent to understand, was cheeky , rude and said it's known thing about Christian Louboutin that the red soles start to fade from 1st time and faded completely after the 3rd or 4th time you wore them and the staff should tell me this when I bought them , for the rest you of my questions , she was unable to answer them as she claims she doesn't know (when I asked her if there is a branch for them to repair this in Scotland or about the red soles company as an alternative solution for this) I won't advice you to buy from them , you are buying from something meant to fade anyway

Came in so excited to get my first pair of Louboutins and the staff was extremely unhelpful and a family came in and he immediately dropped me and tended to them. Do better.

Female manager on 12/13/22 is pretty nasty. I'm sure she can run a prison but she doesn't belong anywhere near customer service.

Absolutely wonderful staff ! My Fiancé and I purchased our wedding shoes and the manager took care of us and directed us to our sales person. Janeen took great care of us. Very pleased with their services. We walked out with two pairs of shoes and will be going back for more
