“I spent a long time at this GAP store today being helped by the most amazing and patient employee Najla. She helped me purchase the wonderful clothes for my latest grand daughter which I had tried to order online (but the GAP's online platform is quite lousy) and helped me pick out more clothes I wanted to purchase. The real kudos comes from her patience however when we tried but failed to charge my older GAP card that had been closed for lack of use (still got the sale emails thus the online statement above) and then tried but failed to input the temporary card number after I opened a new account. I was able to get all the deals however using a different credit card. This entire event took 2 hours! Najla was amazing. If you go on weekends you'll see her (she has a regular day job elsewhere).
And GAP credit card services is horrible and they still don't know what the issue is but a card does give you great deals.”

“My favorite place to shop for my kids. However, I observed change in the quality of the clothing and pattern of design after Gap bought them. They should have stuck to the old ways. Now I barely find anything I like and the prices are ridiculous.”
“Zach the manager went above and beyOnd searching and calling every store for a jacket for my friend and than went downstairs just to double check even though the system said they didn't have any and he found the jacket in an extra small!! If you go there please have him help you he's the cutest”
