I had a terrible experience with an order that was a mistake on their end - order was sent to the wrong address. Manager refused to rectify the issue & was not the least bit personable..... "Angel"? what a laugh! Robbed of my money & my time trying to deal with the problem.

I was having the worst shopping day, could not find anything to fit my body type. Until I walked into Camilla, I was welcomed by Kim when I walked into the store. I told her my needs and how hard it was to find something for my upcoming event. Kim found me the most perfect dress and I’m truly grateful!

First and for most, I would love to say that the staff was a 10/10! They made me feel so comfortable and were very attentive. I wear a hijab and they helped me so well with picking beautiful pieces that would suit my appropriate style. I’ve never experienced a better service than Camilla’s! Allie helped me the most and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you again!

I went to this place because the dresses looked so pretty, but once I got inside and looked around, a worker asked me if I worked at the mall. Super uncalled for, which made me feel very self-conscious. Keep in mind, I was looking for a dress for an upcoming party, but after her commentary, I felt so ridiculous being in there. Do better next time.

If i could i would give this place zero stars i would. Customer service was disgusting. They treated my friends like absolute garbage. This place needs to do better. We cannot continue to live in a world where we discriminate bc of our skin color. It’s old and tiring. Lets stop.

I’ve literally never left a review on a store before but I felt like I had to. Your store literally racially profiled my friend because she’s south asian and you assumed she was a mall worker and couldn’t afford to shop there. I worked retail for three years and would’ve gotten fired if I ever acted like that. Be better.

Lisa was a great rap. She is very helpful I really enjoyed my time shopping at the store and I will definitely be going back because the Customer Service is top-tier if I could give it 10 stars, I would definitely give it a 10 star. and not to mention, the colors of the clothes are very beautiful very good quality as well.

Staff are very rude and speak in demeaning manner. Felt judged as soon as I walked into the store and was dismissed by the group of female workers who stood around gossiping.
