Worst customer Service ever and there is no managment. Once they take your money you are on your own. My order was never shipped and it was magically cancel by "?" my money was not refunded. And the answer I got from "Sandra" the manager was call 1800 number. Will never go back to the store again.

Don’t shop here. I asked for assistance from the store’s associate. She was pleasant but got the sizing for me all wrong. I informed the associate I’m 5’3” & 160lbs. I usually wear a M in sweats & leggings so I thought I’d be an XL in stockings. The associate assured I was a M.I trusted her, got home & the items did not fit. They wouldn’t even come on but the store offers no refund or exchange on opened items. I get the items are personal & can’t be resold but the policy needs to be fair to the customers.Also, the associate gave me a hard time when trying to make a return for items I didn’t open. Their machine generates random last 4 digits instead of the actual last 4 digits on my card. The associate didn’t know that & insisted I didn’t have the correct cards. So annoying. Someone visiting the store informed the employee that of his error.

They have a good variety and the customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. They will guide you into making sure that what you need is the right fit.

Great store unless you need to make a return past 60 days.I made a purchase at King of Prussia location of Calzedonia, but unfortunately had to return the 45$ leggings. It was a couple days past 60 days refund period, so the store said they will issue a gift card that I can use for future in store purchase. Cool, no problem. Store associate assured me that gift card does not expire, I do not need to buy anything the same day, and can come back later anytime.The “gift card” is not a plastic gift card that most stores will issue in this situation. It was just another paper receipt that said “ gift receipt”, “good’s return”, transaction # and price. I was concerned about that, but associate assured me it works just like gift card and again assured me there is no expiration date.Fast forward quite a long time ( I moved around some), couple years after I found this gift receipt in my wallet and wanted to use it for Calzedonia purchase in Cherry Hill ( since I clearly remember “gift card does not expire “ part).Granted, receipt at this point is faded ( since it’s printed , and not an actual plastic gift card), but the words “ gift voucher” , “goods return”, reference transaction code, price are still visible. However , I was not able to make a purchase using this “gift card” as associate (in phone consultation with manager) said it’s been too long, receipt is too faded, and they cannot confirm that is was a return and that this is a gift card, for all they know it was another purchase.Upsetting. It clearly states “gift voucher”, though faded. Very clearly “ goods return”.If they wanted to provide good customer service, they could search the transaction #, there must be a record. I have both original receipt and the “gift card”, both transactions could be searches to figure out it was indeed a return and it is indeed a gift card.Warning: only purchase here if you are 100% sure you will not need to return.
