Visited this Store on Saturday with my Fiance and had a Wonderful Experience with the Sales person Carrie. The Customer Service and Treatment was Stellar. First time Visiting This Store and Location and Must Say it was A Pleasure. Learned alot about the Brand and was Shown Many Items to my Liking. Still Deciding Which Company to Choose Rings from For me and My Fiance. But with the Customer Service From Carrie this reaches the top of the List of Experiences. If you are Looking for Fine Mens and Ladies Jewelry Stop in and Say Hello to Carrie while you are there and Buy Something on your Way out!

Horrible service. The manager here is not accommodating. They refused to accept the Diva ring for an exchange to a different style because they claimed there were scratches on it. I guess they sold us the ring with scratches because it hasn’t been worn. Very disappointed I ended up with a ring that I don’t like. Brands like this should pay more attention to customer service. It’s not the first jewelry piece my husband buys there and it’s just sad so see how careless the manager is towards the customers.
Moreover, they suggested my husband to buy more jewelry from same collection. He would have but not with this kind of service! Would not buy here again and would not recommend.

We went to this location for an issue on the ring we bought in Dubai . Chelsea Mayor took care of us . She explained everything and made sure we were satisfied. She’s a great sales person at this Short Hill BVLGARI location.

I bought a Bulgari Save the Children Ring for Valentine's day from Bulgari at the Short Hills Mall. My significant other was elated but the ring was too big. We both rushed to the store one evening in order to exchange the ring and arrived 15 minutes before closing. Lucky right? Not at all.We were asked by the manager if we needed help, we said yes, showed him the bag and proceeded to tell him the issue when he abruptly said he couldn't help us now and walked away. We spent 20 minutes waiting to be taken care. At 7:05pm a sales person took care of our exchange and after looking at some engagement type rings we were on our way.Unfortunately, we returned tonight, Feb 21st because my significant other realized the next day when they wore the ring and almost lost it, that it was still not the right size. We told this to the salesperson and the salesperson said because it was worn she would have to speak to her manager who was not far from where we were speaking.The manager did not even have the common courtesy of coming to us, formally introducing himself and explaining what he could do. Instead, he told the salesperson in order to exchange the ring we would have to pay a 150$ restocking fee, a quarter of the value of the ring. Basically, he showed zero empathy and as on the first occasion, showed how much more he valued his time than ours.My intention was to become a returning customer and even buy engagement rings from Bulgari, but when the manager ruins the experience and your significant other is all too aware of what has happened that is no longer a possibility.That a luxury brand could give a customer such a terrible experience is extremely disappointing.

Excellent Customer Service and Experience Each Time!!!Overall, I am very pleased with Bulgari and the sales associates I have encountered around the world. But, this is the boutique I come to most often, and the assistants are great brand ambassadors here. They are knowledgeable and make me feel special each time I visit the boutique. Regardless of me purchasing an item or not, they are eager to create a great experience. And this has been the main reason why I keep coming back to the brand, and have made a couple of purchases within these few years. Definitely recommend this place unlike Cartier on the 2nd floor. I rather spend my money where I feel appreciated.

wonderful time piece collection... The bulgari octo finissimo tourbillon is only 2.7 mm thick in diameter & 40mm lug to lug but appears on the wrist as a 42 mm...spectacular watch & incredibly light in weight ! only 153k ! to purchase !!!

I took my father's watch to get a battery replaced & link sized to my wrist & Carrie recommended to do a fullservice on it. I couldn't be more pleased of the result. The watch look fantastic like brand new. And was back to me on time before a wedding event.
