Visited Burberry today and was followed around and watched like a hawk from a saleswoman and other staff. She watched me touching a bag that I wanted and was not assisted by anyone in any way. They lost a sale today. I walked out feeling extremely uncomfortable and judged by my appearance. Disgusting behavior to customers.

Terrible service and they don't stand behind their products. Damaged clutch bag that cracked over a short amount of time. They refused to repair or replace. Very disappointing.
