I went just to pick up an order that was not for me, the guy was very kind and polite with me, and I don't look like a money guy, but I got surprised with the excellent customer service they have.

I arrived at Brooks Brothers about 30 minutes before closing, and Jeremy (hope I remembered the right name) was incredibly helpful. He took my measurements, offered various options to try on, and searched the store for the items I selected, minimizing the need for additional items to be shipped.
