Very disappointed at this store. One man there just stared at me in a strange yet intense way. I thought he was just a random crazy person until I realized that he works there. Very weird! Not many products to look at. Saw one polyester blazer that was poorly made for $425. I used to really like this brand. Smh

Pretty surprised that I got a weird store experience when online purchase is the first preference for so many post covid. Went to the store to pick up a pair of Jeans as it was available in-store and was sold out online. I own a couple of Boss suits and a few pants, but this was my first time trying their Jeans. So, upon picking up, I wanted to try it on. I’ve had my wife and a 9-mo old baby accompany me to the store. This was on a working Tuesday, store was empty, no customers but for me. My wife and baby were made uncomfortable with the stares by one associate as he seemed cross for don’t know the reason. You can’t really expect a 9mo old to behave poised(she wasn’t even crying when we were in the store), even if it is a luxury store. Additionally, I didn’t like the fit of the jeans and I ended up not going with it, and the associate was in no mood to entertain any additional questions.

Service here initially was a bit of a question, then Ryan, who was dressed in what I can only note as very casual clothing, popped over to help after a lady who was folding clothes called for assistance for me. Quick, easy, and fast - he scoped my size of shirt, pant, and suit by eye. Measuring, adjustments, all quick to handle, and efficient motions meant a very easy fitting. While their base suit pretty much never goes on sale, that's probably the best looking one. The rest were odd materials or different cuts that weren't very good. They do the adjustments and text you once they're done. While some of the adjustments were charges, others they can waive (I'm somewhat surprised it's not all included given the cost of the suits). Remember to wear the appropriate shirt/shoes to test.

First of all Danielle the manager IS THE WORST, her team and her are very unprofessional and are very rude to their customers. Danielle MUST GET FIRED!!!

I'm a frequent buyer at Hugo boss and so is my father and I walk in one day, while I may be young the disrespect I received was not cool (today) wish it was better.

Store manager Danielle at this location was extremely rude. We were told at another Hugo Boss location that my parents had to go to store instead of an outlet to do the online exchange, and Short Hills mall was the closest nearby. They were being helped out by someone who spoke Spanish who was very kind to them and when the employee went to the register to take care of them, he told her the situation and gave not only my parents an attitude, but to her employee as well, asking to see a receipt. She raised her voice to her employee, asking for receipt when there was only an online shipping confirmation, which can be accepted. She grabbed the online exchange item (shoes) and proceeded to throw the box on the seat instead of handing it over directly to my parents, and told them “there are the shoes, try them on”. She was perfectly fine helping out the other customers in the store, but when it came to my parents and her employee who were speaking Spanish, she got very nasty. No one deserves to be treated this way and it is unacceptable.

We used this store for our wedding they were lovely and attentive and at last minute when the ball got dropped they made it 100 percent right for us! Thank you Terrance and Danielle for all your help and we will most certainly be back!

I don’t usually write reviews but Terrell surely deserves one. My mother and I came in yesterday and drove him absolutely crazy with requests and help as we were picking out a gift. However he was exceptionally helpful and so kind hearted. It’s hard to find someone in retail who will go so out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and that’s exactly what he did. To the stores management…. he’s a keeper!

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in a clothing store. I have been in other Hugo Boss locations before and sometimes loved the staff but the people working at Hugo Boss Short Hills shouldn’t be dealing with shoppers for a living. Rude, ditzy, texting/eating while working, and just not personable. I couldn’t wait to leave.
Been to this location twice; thinking maybe the first time Jimmy Garopolo was just having a bad day but that wasn’t the case. The workers here flat out do not care. If you appreciate customer service you will leave here disappointed I can assure you. I wouldn’t go to this location again unless they were giving clothes away. Hugo Boss regional managers need to step in.
