Made an appointment and was greeted by Emely. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She listened, showed options, was so sweet and most importantly didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. The whole experience was very organic and I feel like blue Nile really puts emphasis on customer relations. I would recommend Blue Nile to anyone looking for quality jewelry at a reasonable price. I stopped by Blue Nile to look at Engagement Rings for my soon to be fiancé. I was met by Chrissy, an employee there. Not only was Chrissy respectful but she was also patient. It was my first time doing any of this so I was completely unfamiliar. She ran me through everything step by step and even looked through my girlfriends Pinterest to help even further. She even went the extra mile to help customize a ring that I know my girlfriend is going to love. I highly recommend asking for her whenever you plan on going.

I am so disgusted by my experience with Blue Nile it felt like they become too big to care. Lots of saying one thing and doing another. Everything is always in their favor, and the focus has clearly move away from the customer. I wish I had picked another jeweler to help with us once in a lifetime moment.

I Walked in, and a sales person was kind enough to explain, their store is a show room. She was really profesional, helped me with what I wanted , worked with my budget . Great experience .Great customer service.

It's so interesting that a pioneer in online shopping does a 180 and decides to branch into brick and mortar storefronts. Certainly you can see some nice stones here, but the process isn't as smooth as some of the established jewelry stores.

My fiancé and I came here to pick out a wedding band and new setting. We were kindly asked to book an appointment online, but all were filled for the day. We said we only had a quick question on one of the bands, but could not be helped, since there was an appointment - even though the appointment still had not been there, 12 minutes into their appointment. The store was completely empty. I stressed we just wanted ask a simple question. We were denied.This was upsetting and frustrating - awful customer service. I have several friends who are getting engaged and married soon, I’ll tell them to never visit this exact location.

You need an appointment for basic stuff like getting sized. They didn't have staff to size for a male wedding band. I think there brick and mortar stores are poorly managed to not have a designated person for walk in for basic things.
