I went today to get my scalp solutions shampoo and I was so eager to know why my hair looks so bad. I asked the staff to know more about my hair. They have a device that shows your scalp and they determine the condition and give you based on that. I loved the service and patience of the staff. I loved it and it the experience was amazing.

I have been an Aveda member for many years. I was at the store on 3/23 in the afternoon. My parents recently sent me a generous Egift card for my birthday, but I couldn't open it when I got there. The two sales associates had no interest in helping me even though no other clients were in there and were only talking to each other. They made no effort to get my business and simply told me to contact customer service. I let them know I drove an hour to get there but they didn't care and told me to place an online order. When I finally reached customer service, it took them only five minutes to find my card. I normally love this store and Aveda products, but this experience makes me not want to return.

This Aveda location is by far the best I’ve been to. Christine and Illice went above and beyond to ensure that the products I purchased were most suitable for my hair type. They were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable on each of the products that they recommended! 10/10 experience Will be back soon

I walked in today to try some samples. I love Aveda and always had good experience in other stores. They were helpful and patient to pick products that are suitable to my hair.The lady near the front desk was so rude and just told that they do not do samples at all. How can someone decide on a product without trying? Will you accept returns on used products? Hated my experience. If you must shop here…Please try talking with the guy who looked way helpful.

This place is tiny compared to some other locations, but, it's so relaxing. I go in there knowing exactly what I need and being offered samples only to discover that I really like them too. Oh and the Comforting tea they offer, I can never pass up. Such positive experiences when I come here.
